Thread: How to catch Mew

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to catch Mew in Diamond.

Transfer 999 Pokémon to My Pokémon Ranch, that's the closest you can get bar transfering from Gen3 if you have it there or cheating.

2 ways:

1.Get the event item Old Sea Map and you can go to an island in R/S/E to get Mew. If i recall correctly, it will be lv.10. if you catch it, you can migrate it to your diamond.

2.transfer 999 pokemon to My Pokemon Ranch, and you will get a Mew, which you can import to your Diamond.

This was never available outside of Japan.
