Thread: Gligar's color?

Gligar seems to be different colors in certain games. Sometimes its a pink color, and sometimes it's a dark purple kind of color.

Is Gligar just supposed to be a different color depending on which one you find, or is the pink color its default color? I'm just curious about this, since I only really noticed the color difference with Gligar.

The same thing occurs with Bellossom. It's old artwork has it on the same color scheme as the rest of the Oddish family, but it was colored light green in its anime debut and the rest of the games. I think they have to change Gligar's color because of Gliscor, which uses the same color scheme as Gligar's, and it's a way to prevent players from thinking Gliscor as a lazy evolution.

Yeah, I notice that too. I think it's suppose to be purple and blue since that's how it looked in G/S.
