Default give a pokemon a signature move

I was thinking why some pokemon doesn't have their own signature moves...

    for example, how about farfetch'd?

    Farfetch'd use onion slice!

So i want you to give a pokemon their own signature moves.
You can also give their types and effects of the moves if you want to.

    The Bulbasaur line
    Move: Bulb Growth
    Type: Grass
Effect: Bulbasaur heals 1/4 of it's health, then attacks on the next turn. The more damage dealt to The Pokémon, the bigger the damage. If no damage is dealt, the Pokémon attacks itself.

Plusle, Minun, and the Klink family should have a move that works with their abilities of Plus/Minus. Like...um...an electric trapping move, like Fire Spin? I dunno. OTL
Signature is a WIP for the moment.
For now, I have claimed: Mewtwo, Member's Card, Wide Lens, Honey Gather, and Psystrike.

A move for Eevee whose type changes to match the respective evolution. Yeah, like a mini-Judgement. And the damage dealt is given by the highest between Attack/Sp.Atk.

I've thought up this one yesterday.

Signature move for Gardevoir - Black Hole - Psychic type.
As stated in PokeDex, Gardevoir can create black holes to protect their trainers. But that ability isn't present in games.

Also, Tentacle Rape - a signature Dark-type move for Tentacruel. :B

Clinch (Muay Thai) - Fighting-type signature move for Hitmonlee.
    Hitmonlee reminds me of kickboxers.

Water Balloon. This would be Qwilfish's signature move, where it sucks up water and charges into the foe, where it releases the water. It would have a minor recoil.
I love opossums. They shall rule the world. Oh, and I should be more active now.

I was thinking of this for an imaginary Sharpedo evo a couple of years ago, but Sharpedo itself can use it.

    Shark Frenzy
    Water / Physical
    P: 120
    A: 100%
    PP: 15 (24 max)
Effect: The user attacks the foe with this move for two or three consecutive turns, then becomes confused. (A Water-type Outrage, basically.)
Animation: You see the "deep sea" background seen in Water Pulse, Whirlpool, etc. As the background fades in, the user turns red with rage. Then, large, Crunch-style "teeth" bite the foe three times, each time with bubbles forming behind it.
