I dunno - it's close between Joey's Ratatta and mudkipz. Both have gotten me a good laugh, but I might have to keep by the standby of Mudkipz.

I rather like Joeys Rattata. Though, Mudkipz is cool too.

Smugleaf wins all. Deal with it.

It's missing some choices, but I'm going with Smugleaf. You can't say something else. Because he's just so smug. Not even Gary Oak can beat it. Or Mudkips.

Besides the memes they already mentioned, the DEEEEEEEENNIS one is also missing, though. But that may be because it's relatively new.
