It'll depend on whether or not it's still referenced commonly after Tsutaja's real English name is revealed.

To be honest, I never even heard of the Joey meme until well after HGSS's release. Was it around before then? It's certainly the most popular at the moment.

I think i was some what but HG/SS boosted it popularty big time when it came out and all the player had to hear him talking about his "top percentig rattata"
