I think I voted on this along time ago (but I never posted).
My favourite final is probably Serperior just because it has an awesome design and it's always been a reliable team member when I've used it. Though I do really like a lot of the other final forms, in the order of: [Serperior] Torterra, Empoleon, Infernape, Samurott, Sceptile and Swampert. But Serp is the winner for me right now.
To make It easier, I'll just name my favorites from every region. Its hard to decide to pick just one! ^^
Kanto [Charizard]
Johto [Typhlosion]
Hoenn [Blaziken]
Sinnoh [Infernape]
Unova [Serperior]
Typhlosion is out front, for me. Followed closely by Feraligatr and Empoleon with Blastoise just a bit farther behind.
Typhlosion and Meganium for me.

Teach it Earthquake. Teach it Take Down. Teach it Water Gun! Teach it anything you want. It doesn't matter, because Swampert is a god. And yes, Swampert lieks Mudkipz.
Typhlosion's nice, too, though. :D

That's tough one.
Typhlosion, Blaziken, Sceptile and Swampert. I like all these 4. I voted for Swampert because I thought it should has gotten more votes. Otherwise, I'd probably vote for Blaziken or Sceptile.
Sceptile's design is so underrated. It's very elegant but ferrocious at the same time to me. It balances tough and beauty.
Infernape has a very cool and modern appearance. It's origin comes from a traditional myth but has a futuristic look, which is so interesting.
Venusaur is very classic. It has an element of simplicity but the design was just very well done. Growing up in the Philippines, I've seen Rafflesia (the flower on Venusaur's back) and I remember it scares me but also amazes me. And that mixed feelings, I found in Venusaur.
So my top 3 based on designs are (3rd) Sceptile, (2nd) Infernape & (1st) Venusaur.
Infernape, no question. Dat movepool. Dat typing. Dem stats. Dat look. So incredibly good in both competitive and in game. It's one of my favorite Pokemon.
Empoleon, definitely. Penguins are just so freaking awesome, ok? Plus it's a steel/water type and that's a really unique typing. Oh yeah and Empoleon was the pokemon who helped me get passed Victory Road and beat the Pokemon League, for the very first time in my life I finished a pokemon game, so it's special.
Blastoise is my favorite. It just looks so badass with those cannons coming out of its back. Even if it didn't have the cannons, it has this expression on its face that just seems so boss. I also think it'd be fun to surf on its back, lol.

It's between Sceptile and Blaziken for me. I voted for Sceptile though, mainly cause Treecko is my favorite Pokemon ever and it final evo is a boss-looking lizard and it's the fastest speed of all the fully-evolved starters.
Blaziken has a cool-design and looks like it can kick some butt, which it can cause it's powerful.
Meganium. Very underrated in looks and strength (imo) and I have history with this thing. Runners up would be Charizard, Sceptile and Torterra which are all awesome.
