Ash in a coma theory. The person who wrote that was either a massive troll or a wannabe armchair psychologist.
Cubone is a baby Kangaskhan who's mother died
Gengar is Clefairy's shadow
Oh, and Blue's Raticate dying because its apparently completely impossible that:
1) Blue's a jerk to Red, hence his comment asking if Red's Pokemon are dead.
2) He was in Pokémon Tower because it was the home to Cubone, one of the more rare Pokemon in the region.
3) He switched his Raticate out after he got better Pokemon like the player does, because he had 200 Pokemon in his box by gym 3
He also caught over 200 Pokemon, he never used them all either. Your point being? Also, being weakened may be a reason that one would not use a newly caught Pokemon.
Ummm, how does the player having the Silph Scope help the rival identify the ghosts? You're the one supposedly wearing them, it doesn't create some kind of massive field that makes the invisible visible. That's why they're glasses-shaped. Blue's also Professor Oak's grandson, he can probably get a Silph Scope without having to infiltrate a mafia hideout, as the Silph Scope was clearly advertised as a commercial product based on the sign next to the Lavander Tower.Plus, he gives you the Cubone excuse even if you fight him before getting the Silph Scope, in which case any Cubone in the tower would be unidentifiable and uncatchable.

PokéGods. That was just...
The whole "Gengar is Clefairy's Shadow" thing.
"YOU KILLED YOUR RIVAL'S RATICATE BLAH BLAH BLAH" - Okay look, Blue's Raticate dying is totally plausible, but why do we have to be the one that killed it? It's just as likely that he overworked it or it died during another battle, and since Blue was a jerk before his GSC/HGSS character development, that's not exactly out of character for him.
There's a website called 6thfloor with a bunch of creepypastas and stupid theories.
About 10-12 years ago, a friend of mine said that he heard Pokemon started in Hawaii with Green Version but Japan stole the idea, kept green in japan and shipped all later versions to the u.s. o_0
Madly in love with Articuno and Vaporeon!

I read the whole thing. I'm speechless.
While it is ridiculous, it's extremely interesting. Though, of course, in the end, the reason everything is as cookie-cutter and "representative" of things (i.e. cliche and two-dimensional :P) is because it is a kid's show after all.
And are you sure this is a fan-made Pokemon theory? Are sure this isn't Deepak Chopra's latest book? :S
^^ Quite. That was really weird. It's about as long as a book, too. Iris would be like, his harshest inner critic (or something?) but what is Cilan? His inner desire for food?
http://www.blue-reflections.net/ragecandybar/projects/pokegods/
Oh, and Bill's Secret Garden? Ha!

Maybe Cilan is yet another manifestation of his "homosexuality" (I have no clue how he came to that conclusion :S)? He could be the latest in the line of manifestations of this trait, starting with James and most recently culminating with Cilan.
But see how easy it is to come to conclusions that can add to the theory? It's all simply because, to be blunt, the show is after all a corporate side-arm that needs to appeal to kids. That's why everything is as "socialist" and "metaphorical" as it is, because there needs to be more focus on the Pokemon. As we all know, the earlier seasons garnered more controversy than the newer ones, and so Ash's supposed "mental deterioration" is really the writers avoiding another controversy.
But of course we already know all of this. The theory is a very interesting read, though. :P
^^ It's obviously not real. It's just a fascinating conspiracy theory.
Chimecho was a legendary? Noooo...
Tall grass behind fences in Pallet Town!
People have been trying to come up with a 666 Pokémon. Since there are only 649 so far, they give numbers to all the forms.
6thfloor says that it is Chandelure.
I say that there are no 'satanic' Pokémon. However, when that inevitable 666 'mon comes around there'll be one hell of a controversy. No pun intended.
BUT THAT'S WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO THINK.
