I think so--it allowed me to meet some of my very best friends that I never would've met otherwise

Pokemon is pretty much my life so yeah.
It made my mind twisted but in a good way where I can now analyze everything and come out with logical answers for everything all the bloody time.
"Funneh bunneh and the dammut Bahamut go on an adventure!"-Chespin Circa 2009
I sure was funner back then, possibly even stupider....
Not in a big way because i have a lot of friends but it drove me in the direction of going on forums and i met some cool people ^_^ but overall no not in a big way
I am Rambo.
So far so good with this team :)
Yes! I spend most of my days doing something Pokemon related.
Yes, Pokemon changed my life. It started when I got a Torchic for Christmas, and BOOM! Off I was, crazy for Pokemon.
Pokèmon was the first thing of its kind I had ever encountered. It came during an important time in my young life of friends leaving and my feeling hints of romance.
Kanto, Johto, and the Pokèmon associated with them are mostly all I feel this attachment to, almost everything about Hoenn and Sinnoh is like Power Rangers Zeo onward or Yugioh GX/5Ds to me. I don't actually disclude all of them though, Gardevoir/Gallade and Dawn have a place in my mind.

I've become video game obsessed, and it's helped me discover plots for my books. In fact, it made me want to write books.
These are all such amazingly sweet stories! It's positively inspiring! Best of luck to you all!
As for me, the Pokemon games were the first games that I poured hundreds of hours of my time into. I just fell in love with the franchise, as I did with Sailor Moon, The Legend of Zelda and Harvest Moon/Rune Factory. So I guess you could say that if it wasn't Pokemon it would be something else, but I'm really glad it was :P
I have claimed Cherubi.
I learned to draw because of Pokemon. I learned HTML so I could make a Team Rocket fan site. I took a break from Pokemon for a few years, and I hardly drew at all. The next time, I actually started posting my art on the internet. I had always been against doing anything like that, or posting on forums or communities before, but I have met great people on the internet because of Pokemon. I learned to write somewhat decently, and am hopefully getting better, because of Pokemon. I feel like I've accomplished more, and been more creative, in my two years of really being "in the fandom" than the five years I went without it.
...Yeah, I think Pokemon has changed my life.
First generation Ranger and damn proud of it.

Pokemon has had some impact on my life, but not as big as some of the posts here. It, along with Yoshi's Island, introduced me to the crafty little thing known as video games, and it became a major part of my young childhood. I also learned new vocabulary words at a young age (I remember shocking my first grade teacher when I gave here a clear definition of the word "absorb". After seeing Zubats use it so much, I had a pretty good idea of what it meant.)
A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
To join in the fun, I claim Kokoromori :) 11-23-10
I think it did. Pokemon is probably why I analyze things differently for possible answers now.
EDIT: !00th post! woo!

You damn betcha it did.
Pokemon is pretty much about 60 percent of my life, maybe more.
