    Default Dialga...

    The whole concept of an aspect of time as a creature (a dragon, specifically) is very, very intriguing. But just how unique is it?

    The similarities here are close to scary. I wonder then, could the Dragon Aspect of Time have been an inspiration for Dialga?

    Probably both have got their inspiration from the same concept.

    I wouldn't be surprised if there actually is an actual dragon-like mithological beast closely related to time.

    Not sure if that's where the inspiration came from, despite the "dragon controlling time" thing. That had actually been done before even Warcraft as far as video games go... Chrono Cross had a Dragon that could screw around with time too.

    likewise for Palkia, there's a dragon in Dragon Quest Monsters 2 that pokes its head out of a hole it ripped in space (from another dimension, supposedly).

    Yup, classes again. I'm gonna be at this for a while.

    every pokemon has some other thing that is almost like it. no idea can ever truly be unique, and legendaries are always copies of legends and such.
