Are there any redshippers, or any fanfiction?

You need to clarify (in your first post) what Redshipping is.

I am a redshipper, I like to ship Ash with girls more older
than he is. :-)

I don´t know if there are any fanfics though, this pairing
definitely deserves way more fan art/fics.

The scene in BW29 was nice:
