What Are Your Pokeshipping Pet Peeves?

First I wanna agree with yours, though I don't think I've read one where she's mary-sue like haha. but man are the super depressed misty ones bad. And as for the dub one, there were hints taken out by dubs so it goes both ways haha.

I can't stand how many fics kill off one or both of them, or worse yet suicide from depression of being apart (though admittedly I haven't read other ship fics and this may happen in those too)

at the end of pokemon series, POkeshipping is already canon and Confession (which starts with Ash)is the perfect Idea!

Unfortunately that's probably the closest we'll get of a misty mention at least in that episode

This would be a great news seeing Ash's [old] companions,I bet this would be a huge impact even for the shippers of Ash and female leads.oh,and yeah..what episode is that from?

Wow..Never seen that before.I hope,if it was not Ash to mention MIsty in Best Wishes,Brock will do it, something that he will mention Misty [as Ash's first companion]..Thart picture is quite close..to hear and see MIsty even in a picture..

Huh. I can't help but notice how much larger Misty is in the picture than everyone else in every other picture. It definitely shows that they at least don't want her completely forgotten. They had to pay someone to draw/animate that, keep in mind. And the person who drew it had to decide to make Misty large... I don't know what to think of it.

Yeah, it probably will be all we get, but like The Normish said, it's something, which is better than nothing.

Well we can't expect too much, can we? I mean this proves that the animators/producers etc. might still want to include Misty in the anime from time to time, even it's in small portions like this one

Still, you never know, they might actually be considering bringing her back at some point.

Wow, they actually remembered her. (I was starting to fear that that one lure was the last we would see of Misty). Perhaps she will get an actual cameo in the special.

See, now Advanceshippers can't say that May is the only girl who hasn't been forgotten.

Besides, I think it's obvious that Misty was never forgotten about anyway, it's just that since she's not a main character anymore, they didn't want to show her. But it's nice that she at least gets this little cameo appearance. If only she were standing closer to Ash, though. :3

It only means that Misty is one of the characters that the writers can't forget.Besides,she made a huge role in the show,

They added the lure to that episode to keep Misty's memory alive, to keep her in the mind of the fanbase, to educate the younger viewers on her existence and legacy (and evidently to show that Ash cherishes her memory). She was also in one of the DP openings. Why put her there if they want her to be forgotten?

*nods* I bet the writer still remembers misty until now and MIsty didn't actually seen with Ash in DP instead showing the lure in DP makes an impact,the question is when will MIsty return and reunite with Ash?.
