New topic: How could Ash understand his feelings if Misty wasn't there with him? For example, I thought he could see a dream about himself being with Misty and realize when he wakes up. :D I saw fan-art like that once, Ash woke up and said something like "Oh god! I think I'm in love with Misty!" =D

I think it would be kind of weird if Ash was still ten. Many people say that he's now somehow more mature than in the beginning so why wouldn't he be also a little older? Maybe twelve or so.

Nikkolas had another very sweet idea for a kiss <3 I sooo want to see Ash and Misty really kiss someday. And welcome, Nikkolas, it's always fun to get new people here :))

There could be something that suddenly reminds him about Misty (some event, item ...) and makes him to think about her. Then he would realize that he really misses Misty and even feels something else too but he doesen't exactly now what. Hmm, something like that maybe :D

I agree with yonica's idea of something reminding Ash of Misty. My idea was it could be a photo. He could just be sitting around looking at pictures of his past journeys (I would assume he has some. I dunno. His mom definitely should have some at least) and he finds oen of just him and Misty.

Seeing a person again, in real life or a photo, stirs up a lot of feelings. With the power of hindsight you also can discover new things about the person you were unaware of before. There's an old expression - "you never appreciate what you had until it's gone." This applies to a lot of things but it's particiularly true for relationships I think.

I wonder will we see Misty before DP ends :/ Wasn't there some talking about voice actors interview and stuff just a while ago in this thread? If we won't see her making cameo we sure need at least cute flashback or something :<

Anyway, for their first kiss I would definitely think it would be impulsive. As much as the idea is overdone I can DEFINITELY imagine Ash and Misty being alone with each other, late at night, the stars twinkling, and them having an argument resulting in Misty kissing him.

Ash : If you think I'm so dense then why did you come to visit me huh?!
Misty : Because!!! *kisses him and then runs off*
Ash : *Astonished* Hey Misty wait up! Come back!

Anyone else see it? XD Am I crazy?!

And as for Ash realizing his feelings I think it would be cute if he was battling and he thought he saw her in the crowd or something, and when he realized it wasn't her he got upset. Something like that ;D

Wow, their fist kiss? Rather sudden and impulsive. After those all insane adventures and arguing I think it would happen this way.

Hmm...I disagree. I can never quite get my head around the idea of Ash and Misty kissing.

Maybe he'd see her on TV or something (this was in an unwritten fanfic of mine...she went back and did some tournaments, and there was another guy, and Ash felt jealous) or maybe just find another trainer with the same goals and be reminded.

And that's when he might realize...

Well, Ash is doing the sinnoh league in Japan and America isnt too far behind. Ash pretty much makes it a tradition to go home after every league and I'm hoping he'll visit Misty on the way. Maybe they'll talk a while and visit the spot where they first met and Misty will get the courage to tell Ash how she feels. Though thats probably not going to happen since we know who the new girl is and she is not Misty. But she will probably make the appearance.

even it's not ''officially'' meant to have another MIsty cameo,Like yonica said,at least a flashback of MIsty or Ash would metioned MIsty in the series,just like the lure thing..happened in DP.
