Well I decided I've had enough of waiting for them to get together. If I don't let out all of these Frantic Shipping Feels I might clobber all of those Manga writers like a BOSS. Oh they had their chance when they wrote the Emerald Arc but noooOooOoOooo Ruby "forgot". Don't tell me I'm the only one who thinks they should really get over it and be canon?

LC - I agree I was fairly annoyed with Ruby "forgetting" that he'd ever admitted to liking Sapphire (even though IIRC, he clearly did remember) but as for whether they should be "canon canon" at this point, I'll have to say that I think they're still too young to have anything more than a childhood attraction for each other. (I prefer in fanworks that they're depicted as somewhat older teens - 15-16 usually - or older before I feel comfortable having them in more romantic situations - but that might just be me!)

Yes, I hate how Ruby says he "forgot". I hope that he's just too embarrassed to admit it.
I read a lot of fanfictions where Sapphire breaks down about how he's mean because he "forgot", and he admits that he didn't just "forget" or something.
