Thread: The (In)Complete List of Shippers - V8

First person to present me with a fully updated version of the (In)Complete list for posting in this thread will be presented with a modship for the Shippers forum from December until Feb, with the potential to stay as mod permanently.

Yes. Yes it is. But I figure that any Shipper who's devoted enough to Shipping still after all these years to update this monolith probably deserves it.

*blink* How do we 'present it to you'? I've got a shippers' list on a webpage, but I can't exactly show you my notebook. =\

PM. It has to incorporate a significant percentage of ship names suggested here, plus all of the original list on the first page, and you should be able to provide explanations on why you excluded some of the suggestions from the list.

Can we do all the shippings here as well as from other places? Because I can get some from SPPf if they're not mentioned here. The list sounds fun to do. I actually planned on doing it myself as well for characters' Japanese/dub names.

Edit: Oh what I do when I'm bored. I just finished going through the nine pages here. Now to go through the TWENTY-SIX pages in the SPPf list. X.X And most will be repeats but there might be some there that aren't here.

Yes, other places is fine. Other places is great. The more ships the merrier. Try to see if you can do a count on the actual numbers of ships too iff possible.

Nothing's stopping you from saving the HTML files to disk and editing the list at home on your not connected to internet computer. ;p

That's easy. The number is A LOT.

With the full list, and including all the new Ships on here and elsewhere, minus the ones being vetting for being too silly (When not having some special meaning for the Shipping community. eg. HandShipping ships), there should be almost a thousand now I think.

I wouldn't doubt that. Let's just say the number's infinite. LOL

Kinda hard to believe this list originally started at v1 with 28 Ships, isn't it?

Oh Arcanine, you expect me to remember after all this time? ^^;;; It's been more than 4 years already. I might have a backup of it somewhere, but it beats me where. Chaos almost certainly has a backup somewhere though.

Um.....let's see......Poke, Pallet, Rocket, Gym, Elder (Or did we only have Adult at the beginning?)...ummm....can't remember the rest. Krazy was early, but I don't think it was in the first list. Same for Piket.
