Thread: Opinions?

Yea, I'm bored. Why am I posting this here? I have no clue. Anyways, I just wanted some opinions on my initial outings with Photoshop.


I liked the idea, still do, but I don't care for this one. Leniancy allowed since this was the first thing I EVER made with PS. Point to note, the rest of these are made from characters in the WC3 expansion, The Frozen Throne.









EDIT: Fixed the server problem, cleaned up and changed the text style on Voodoo to make it a little easier to read. Plus made a new one. For HypnoToad, I used a PS preset style for the back ground (with one minor alteration) and feel especially dirty because of it. Oh well, it look good anways and reallys compliments the whole hypnotic, trippy theme that really is the Toad. All Glory To The HypnoToad! Only problem I see with it is the text might be a tad difficult to decipher, however, anything I tried to do to rememdy the problem ended up with parts looking rather plain. If you wandered back into this thread, kudos. But I don't think I'll bother bumping it back up. Though I would still appreciate feedback, it seems likes thats one thing that has been especially rare for me lately.

Your VooDoo pic is so cool! I love the colors and the whole design itself. Are you going to put it in your sig? It'd look so great!

Well, there were valid pictures there, but my server recently went down. That's why I made the Voodoo post, I needed a place to upload it (it was one of the ones that was up there before the server went down).

Anyways I think I'll upload the others here too...

Your banners have a very professional look. The only thing I shoul point about the Voodoo one is that the text is somehow hard to read.

But... you are using the forum's bandwith for your image, and you didn't even asked the admins to do it, which is not the most polite thing to do. I suggest you upload your banners in a free image server like boomspeed or strike9.

Frankly, that thought didn't even cross my mind when I did it, but you're right. I apologize to any admins who took offense, but as I see it, it will only be short-term and wouldn't take up that much space. However, if you so request it I will delete them without hesitation. And playing with my settings wasn't very mature of you either. ¬¬;

Using 45kb attachments as your signature isn't allowed, and as owner of the server, I'm sorta allowed to take out the link which drains my server. Of course, if you don't like Angelic Layer, that's another thing entirely ^_^;

I couldn't say, I've never seen it.

And I assume that's a "yes" to remove the images?
