Thread: The history of your signature

Just some idea for fun. How has your signature become the way it is now?

To explain, my sig has had a lot of bigger and minor changes, all based on ideas and choises I made.
Right now, I'm using what I call the "dragon version" Guess why

Now how did it come to look this way?
The first part, the fakes part, has a bit of a story behind it and I tend to have it in every sig I use. I always loved to make and worke out Fake Pokemon and love the fakes of others as well. About half a year ago, this bruoght me into some struggle with someone at SPPforums about the aprilfools pokes of that year. I liked them he'she did not and blamed me for likeing them because they were ment to trick us. So I putted this text in my sig, maybe a bit of provoking, but to really express my thoughts about fakes. This somehow became a badge og honour to me and something to be recognized by. However, I now wanted to do a bit more with it and started to put a picture of a fake Pokemon into it. First this became Nesstar (for those of you not familiar with that name, the white Dophin/Dragon thingy) Later on Bouldra joined in. Both pictures are Made by Mew Heart and upon them my own Nesstar and Bouldra are based (who look slightly different and are totaly worked out, however these pictures closely resemble how they look). The text they are fakes is put in because I putted them in in a period all kinds of new R/S Pokemon started to appear, to avoid confusion This soon became the slogan I'm using right now.

The next part makes the dragon version. I wanted to do something with Dragon Pokemon because I like them a lot. The Dragonair/Draini picture's one of the cutest I've ever seen, I putted a slogan into it for the looks and ended with the best Dragonair icon I've ever seen.
The Pokémaniacs Anonymous speak for themself I think and at the end I putted in the credits to the pictures I used.

My sig needs no explaination. Jirarudan intruduces himself as being "merely a Collector"...

w00t. ^_^ Mine's translated lyrics from my favorite Pokémon-related song, "Toi et Moi." I'm pretty minimalistic about sigs (and everything else), but mainly it's so plain because if I'm going to put an image there, it'd have to be a drawing of mine, and I haven't drawn anything to put there yet. ^^;

The banner that I'm using comes from back in BMGf in 2001 when I requested asked someone to make me a sig banner using the pic I provided and the style I wanted it. That person did it perfectly and I am forever grateful.

My shipper at heart with smilie is pretty obvious. i'm not just a pokeshipper, but many many others. pokeshipping is most prominent here though
