Whee... and after all the discussion we've had I'm still not able to give a proper critique, as I can't find anything wrong with the pic.
=.o ... hhhm, maybe its body thickens to much in the first loop, but I'm not even sure about that. Pretty outlines, pretty coloring, pretty pretty pretty background. But if I was you I'd put some kind of signature on it.

yes you may be right about the thickness in the first loop
but what i did was take the lines of the sketch and go on from there so i didnt adjust anything from the sketch.

The base of the first loop is a little too wide. Dragonair's wings have 4 feathers, not three... I'm just teasing with you. Most people are not that nit-picky. Overall I adore the color application on the Dragonair. It is soft, clean and elegant. Color your pictures more often! They look lovely that way.

OMG! This is such a beautiful pic! The colors, the background, everything is so great! Forget the thing about the loop on dragonairs body... that's just a minor detail. I'm really impressed by your amazing art skills. What software did you used to color this pic?

Wow.... Lance looks really good in that outfit.... (asuming that he's Lance, of course XD)... again, your coloring and shading techniques are amazing and the starry background and dessert are awesome!

BTW, you didn't told me which program you use to make your drawings.

i used photoshop for it, it took me a while for the leather jacket to come out allright.

it is supposed to be me, i heard about lance and i know hes an elite trainer and also uses dragon but i havent really seen him can you show a picture of him?

I like the soft appearance of your background and shading/lighting effects. The fault of your picture basically involves the interaction between Prince and the background where he isn't shaded almost completely across his front. And his shadow should be darker, and longer based on the angle of the sun... and blah, blah, blah. I still like the picture.

i never intended to have that background behind it, and i also see a picture as photography so the model is lighted with the lightscreens and whatever so i thought why not, also the Prince itself must be used without the background and it would look stupid to give it shading according to the background then, that much for my explanation thanx for the comment
