Yup, my hat is actually the reason I'm like this, when he attaches to me I evolve, I was originally a cute little ice shard but then, I wore this hat and I became this.

Yup! Just like Mantine and Slowking, if I wear this little hat while a ice shard ghost, I become like this! I can't float at my first form but now I can float! I love floating! I don't normally haunt people, I'm a friendly ghost.
