Fun shenanigans and pretty amazing if one predicts accurately. I imagine NPCs are very easy to torture with this move.

Quiver Dance

Bug types aren't exactly bulky, so it's hard to set up, so 6/10

Leech Seed

9/10 Was the only move I keep on my Venusaur in my first ever playthrough of Red, and for good reason.

Hydro Pump

8/10 Powerful but 80% accuracy lets it down.

Night Shade

6/10. In Gen 1, it was the only Ghost move. Yet it is fixed damage...

Trick Room

9/10, brilliant move usefull when you have a few slow pokemon on your team, it can really change the tide wouldent have beaten Cynthia without it, should last longer or have an item to extend its duration and it would be a 10.

Bug bite.

5/10 under normal circumstances. 9/10 if used by Technician Scizor.

Brave Bird.

A total beast in lower tiers, but a bit risky. 9/10
