Erasing the number of unnecessary lines, making the necessary lines more well defined, and making more than one layer on the image? It kind of looks like you're just drawing in a single layer. It'd help give more definition to draw squares and circles first to get the basic shape of the human body down. Remember to erase things when you finish to make the lines look clean solid. The eraser is an artist's best friend in making their art look more professional.
