Nope.

Not really.

Never.

Have you ever thought that puppets were actually alive and were watching you?

Nope.

Have you ever bought a certain kind of food, expecting it to be tasty, but it turned out to be terrible?

A lot of times.

Have you ever looked at a fast food advertisement and saw a tantalizing meal, and when you buy it, it turns out the meal isn't as grand as it was on the ad?

All the time.

Have you ever been trapped in a traffic jam for over 3 hours?

I don't think it's over 3 hours, but some trips involve trying to pass through a road for around 2 hours, so close enough but no.

Have you ever poked a candle at someone?

No.

Have you ever walked into the woods at midnight?

Nope

Have you ever thought time machines would be on sale sometime soon?

Sometimes.

Have you ever thought you could prove a theory written in most textbooks wrong?

Nope. Even though I've read various history textbooks with contradicting information.

Have you ever made ice cream at home?

Don't think so. Would be great if I can make ice creams at home though :P

Have you ever been physically restrained?

Probably when I was around five, when I didn't want to take my medicine, but I had to. So - you can picture the whole scene anyways XDD

Yep.
