Yeah - against the wall

Have you ever kicked a machine (computer, etc) and it actually worked better after the kick, even for a temporary time?

I didn't kick it, but I punched a dzzzzzting TV set with graying screen some years ago, and the screen came back to normal along with the sound.

Only once.

Yes, from March 2010 to April 2011.

If Pokemon characters count, then yes. (At threads in Pokemon World.) Other than that, no, not that I recall. XD
