...although that's highly subjective. xD I love how it pokes fun at itself/lampshades the shenanigans that happen in the town, and the jokes and references are funny. (there was a whole episode dedicated to videogames, which is tied for my favorite) The animation is beautiful. (I'm happy that they went with this [sorry I couldn't find a better quality clip ^^;] over this.) There's also the overall mystery to the town that we've only begun to scratch the surface of, though time will only tell if the fans have read too deep into things.

Granted the plot isn't exactly new, but a another big reason I keep watching is the characters. The main cast is fun and likable (with the exception of Wendy who's gone down a bit in quality in my book, but she's still neat too). I really like the Pines twins, I can't choose who is my favorite between the two, they make such a good duo. x3 It's hard to believe they're 12 at times with some of the things they say, along with the way they sound. (I can't say I've ever run into a 12 year old who sounds like Dipper. xD) But their reactions and expressions seem so natural and candid, Jason Ritter and Kristen Schaal really do a wonderful job of bringing them to life. I can't help myself but grin at some of the sound effects Mabel dishes out. xD

Also the theme song is insanely catchy.

Not to make light of the Sherlock slump or our shared LoK withdrawal, but both waits are nothing compared to the seven year one Arrested Development fans have endured ignoring that I got on that boat in 2010 and it ended in 2006.
The end is in sight though. In two months time we will have our fourth season!

But in the mean time Gravity Falls has helped me cope with waiting for all three of these series (until that went on a four month hiatus. ಠ_ಠ But thankfully it's back, for the time being), along with Silent Hill, if my spamming your dash with the two is any indication. Apologies for that. xD;

So basically I just keep moving from one addiction series to the next, risking even more overwhelming feels in addition to the ones I already have. omftt help me dana this lifestyle i have chosen isn't healthy my heart can only take so much

Depends what you mean by strategy RPG's. I'm into RPG's as a whole, such as Chrono Trigger, Xenoblade, and Pokemon. I think Fire Emblem falls into the "strategy RPG" category, and I'm playing Awakening right now and plan to finish Sacred Stones eventually. Another example is the Pikmin series, and although I don't count that as an RPG, it's another strategy game that I adore.

Hmm, interesting. I think it would depend heavily on its appearance and what moves it can learn. If I like its appearance, and it provides a different playing experience from the previous Fire/Fighters than I'd definitely use it.
