My rarest out of the newest sets is either my Meowth from Noble Victories and full art Mew EX
But forget that, rarest cards are my eight Pokemon Catchers.

a Darkrai Ex from the promo tins, its a common to get but its rare for us because the card was printed wrong and the top of the front card is too much up leaving a big space on the bottom

think the rarest were alakazam holographic and holographic charizard from the first generation of US cards. I had some japanese ones as well, had a bunch of promo mew US cards i don't think were worth anything it was just my favorite, still is.
I've got too many rare cards to count. It really depends on what one's definition of "Rare" is.
Full art Mew EX, maybe...
I haven't bought cards in years, haven't seen my collection in months (alas and alack!), but I suspect that my rarest cards are my two Cresselia Lv.Xs, my World Championships promos, or my Japanese holo Mew (I have utterly no recollection of which expansion it's from, sorry!).
I have a misprint Fossil Raichu and a misprinted Blaine's Charizard. I'm not sure how rare they are, did they ever correct them in later runs?
