Off the top of my head. There are more, but that's what I can think of right now that will allow you to build a decent deck. Some decks run more copies of those, some run less, but it's pretty much personal preference and style from there.

Ha, oh, not every deck runs that many of each of those cards! For instance, in an SP deck there's no cause to run Rare Candies; instead you run a Cyrus Engine. Those are just some general things that will give you a pool of cards that will allow you to build a competitive deck.
Eh... to be honest, I've thought about it. However, it seems to me that Scizor Prime, while theoretically a good counter to a lot of decks, doesn't actually hold up in actual play.
Scizor is a useless card more often than not, and there are better options to play with Dialga G, such as Garchomp C. That's not to say that it's a terrible idea, it's just not as good as it sounds.
Well, in this case you can trust eBay. Machamp Prime is, in fact, worth about $15. :]

Ok question about error cards or misprint cards just got a few packs sorry i dont remember what kind i threw out the wrapper but its new i got the ho-oh legend card the ones with two pieces to it, and my bottom piece has the wrong dex number on it it says 249 which is Lugia's number how do i find out how many were printed like this and how much it might be worth? Oh and its Holo dont know if that matters :/
