Thread: I just joined

Aite as the title says i just started pokemon what should i buy what to do? I am a exped yugioh player and now playing pokemon for the time being i have NO CLUE how the card game works. Any tips would be nice.

if you buy a starter deck, it'll get you some energies, along with a rulebook you can read and get general help. Try and get one from Undaunted, seeing as they also come with a booster pack

How much money do you have? That's the determining factor in what you should get as a beginning player.

Additionally, do you hope to play in tournaments or just casually with friends and local players?

I'd probably start off with one or two starter decks to get our collection going. Get some boosters after that and just see what you feel like from there!
