Actually, Gliscor is a card that's been talked about a lot lately after being shunned for a long time, as it's not inherently good.

The reason people are reviving Gliscor is a nifty card called Spiritomb, from the Arceus set. Spiritomb locks Trainers, so the idea is to keep multiple Gliscors on the field, level them up to use Gliscor Lv.X's power, attack with Burning Poison and return Gliscor to your hand. Send up Spiritomb to trainer lock, retreat Spiritomb next turn, and repeat.

I can explain the deck further if you don't understand it.

Ok i here's the deck so far:

Pokemon: 24
x4 Gligar LA
x2 Gliscor LA (The good one)
x1 Gliscor Lv. X LA
x4 Cubone LA
x3 Marowak LA
x2 Spiritomb AR
x1 Unown q MD
x1 Azelf LA
x2 Jirachi LA
x2 Unown y LA
x1 Drifloon MD
x1 Drifblim SF

Trainer: 16
x2 Level Max
x4 Potion
x1 Super Scoop Up
x2 Poke Drawer+
x1 Broken Time Space
x4 Switch
x2 Mom's Kindness

Energies: 20
x15 Fighting
x5 Psychic

Ok this is really my first deck that i really put together.. Most of the time i just throw things together that i think are good. My strategy is to basically do the Gliscor-Spiritomb Lock and if that doesnt work, just take out the Marowak.

Mmkay... random techs are bad. See, the idea is that if you don't get the lock on, you lose. It reduces your chances of getting the lock on when you add in cards like Marowak and Jirachi. If I were you, I'd take out your Marowak line, Drifblim line, Jirachi, and Unown Y. Add in another Gliscor LA, a 2-2 Claydol GE, 1x Uxie LA, and two more Spiritombs. Claydol and Uxie will help your drawing, and the Gliscor and Spiritomb will help with the lock. Your trainer and Energy lines need work... I'll be brutally honest. You need to take out the following cards. They're horrible and you'll never see them in a good deck:
- 4x Potion
- 2x Mom's Kindness
- 2x Switch (Not horrible, but don't run four. Add in another Unown Q.)
- 5x Psychic Energy
- 4x Fighting Energy

Add in several of these:
- Call Energy
- Roseanne's Research
- Bebe's Search
- Professor Oak's Visit
- 2x Poké Drawer + (Never run just two)

Then let me know how it works out.

Ok that was good for last format, but swap out the claydol for toxicroak from md. Here is the strategy, have the toxicroak on the bench and level up the gliscor from la that does pester, so they are par and poisoned, they cant retreat and cant get rid of poison because of toxic sacks. after it is all said and done you have done 190 damage before they have evan had a chance to fight back. Ways to counter, a switch
super scoop up, poke turn (if facing a sp deck),or evolving to get rid of par and koing the gliscor. You can do this over and over with many gliscor lv.x or using a super scoop up.
