Remakes are definitly not coming out this year (not even 2 months left) we'll either get them next year (2013) or later in Gen VI

Another possible reason why you can only receive Kyogre in White 2 is that you can catch Reshiram in White 2 and its secondary type is Fire which Kyogre's type (Water) is super effective against. It is the same with Groudon only being received in Black 2 because Ground is super effective against Electric but I'm sure that this isn't the reason why the types of the Tao Trio were chosen. A double battle using Groudon and Zekrom or Kyogre and Reshiram would be a good type combination.

Except Reshiram's dual typing negates Fire's Water weakness.

That isn't an official version of the theme and is not in the sound data of B2/W2 (I've checked).

It isn't? Then someone was really desperate to create the wrong impression. I've seen people use that theme as evidence of remake plans (which it wouldn't be even if it were official).

Nope, it isn't. I took one last look at the sound data to be sure, and it's definitely not there.

So with that settled, I'm looking forward to seeing what theme they remix for the special musical.

Yup its official Ruby and Sapphire Remakes will not be coming out next year why you ask why would they be giving out Pokémon that would already somehow be catchable in upcoming remakes but I could be wrong that's just my opinion anyway.

I don't think this is implying we're getting RSE remakes ,it's just to celebrate the games' 10th anniversary, though it does give me hope that they could be making them. With only two months left in 2012 though, I don't think they will announcing anything about them this year.


Anyway, can't wait to get these in the US this March.
