The C-Gear skin 「なつのすがた」 Summer Form, which features Deerling in its Summer Form, is available today, Oct. 3, until Nov. 2 to those with accounts on the Japanese Pokémon Global Link. No password is required to take part in the promotion for the skin

According to English Global Link, it looks like it's available internationally too. There's a password on Pokemon.com somewhere, it says.

According to Serebii, it's PB52XQ2H, with the JJ one being last month's.
