Go to the pokemon website, thay have a set of intructions, you get it from the pokemart from what I understand, free of course.

YES. Get some! Get some Mew! YES! After this, I will only need two Pokemon to complete the Pokedex. I'm crossing my fingers for the movie Celebi, and I don't see a Shaymin event coming up any time soon. I'm pretty sure EVERYONE who has played any 1st Gen games has wanted a Mew their whole lives.

As well this will be my first legitimate mew.
before now I used it only in one or two battles in gens 1&2 via gameshark, so this will be an event to be remembered.

I got a legit Mew already!

I have several legit Mew; including the Japanese version of this one. However, I suppose a free Mew is a free Mew. I'd still rather they had distributed some Pokewalker courses in the interim isntead of taking such a long break between events.

Well, they kind of did use the excuse that it's been 10 years since the GS games came out, so DPPt aren't exactly "fitting" for this occasion.

Not that I care; I can't connect to Wifi on any of my DS games (and on either DS).

Fun fact. Mew was the reason I began playing the handheld games, since my parents won the event one back in 1999. I traded an Onix to the TRU guy for it, from Yellow.

Fun fact. I spoke loudest about GS remakes.

In Japan, a while after the first HGSS-only Mew event, they put it up again, for DPPtHGSS, so it's certainly possible... whether they'll do it or not is another thing though. :\

Between me and my sister, we can pull 4 mews out of this. And that's on top of the two legit ones from gen III.
