Default Cascadia

CASCADIA

Far off of the coasts of the mainland Fizzy Bubble zones, remote in the Silver Ocean, an island chain sits in basically, the middle of nowhere. These islands contain the some of the most diverse typing of Pokemon in the entirety of Fizzy Bubbles. All of these islands are actually volcanoes, but the majority of them have gone dormant. As many Pokemon spend all their lives here, many fossils of Pokemon and plants are buried in the depths of the volcanic ground, maybe some of these may be worth a look? You start out on the island that you first choose, via a ferry. In order to change areas afterward, Surf or Fly is a necessity.

Aduro Island
An active volcano, this is the largest of all of the islands of Cascadia. Continually pumping lava out of human-built channels into the sea, the volcano causes the island to continually become larger and larger. Fire, Ground, and Rock types are common in these areas, and there are a few volcanic caverns leading into the volcano which are of interest to many people, and are said to house rare and powerful Pokemo. There is also a small village on the opposite end of the island, and the natives appear to be friendly, as long as they aren't disturbed too much. Vegetation on this island is sparse, and only the hardy plants can survive the heat of the volcano. The sand along the beaches is pitch black, and isn't exactly the softest thing to walk barefoot on. Hot springs and geysers are common in this area, dotting the landscape of the giant smoking mountain.
Ebony Beach - Surrounding the island, black volcanic beaches stretch along the shoreline. Actually volcanic ash, this is rather hard on the feet for those who choose to go barefoot. Chances are you won't find much in the water, with the volcanic rocks releasing chemicals into the water that leave living conditions less than favorable for most Pokemon, though some embrace the conditions.
The Lithogic River - The 'river of fire' in native settler terms, the Lithogic River is a large channel of lava being carried from the rim of Mount Aduro down to the sea. A few fire types hang around this area, and it's been said that the lava has cooled into rare gems in some parts.
Aduron Chasm - Atop Mount Aduro, the Aduron Chasm is the rim of the volcano which overlooks the boiling bowl of magma underneath. Fire types of all kinds thrive in the immense heat.
Geyser Park - A particularly interesting region, a part of the island has been converted into a park in which a dozen or so large geysers spew boiling water from the ground almost simultaneously, providing a breathtaking sight. This is pretty much the central hub of the island.

Lily Island
With a totally different landscape from the first, Lily Island is the second largest of the archipelago. Completely covered with vegetation, this island was also formed by a volcano. However, erosion has taken this island down to almost flat, and giving many homes to all types of grass and bug Pokemon among others. Inside the dense jungle, which takes up about a half of the island, there is a very small lake. There are two different forests on the island, and you can tell when you've gone from one forest to another. Besides being divided by the Diamond River, some strange force causes them to have completely different climates as well...
The Silver Forest - The forest which takes up a bit more than half of the island, Silver Island is named for the silver veins the leaves are adorned with. A deciduous forest, you'll mainly see flying and bug types here, due to the lack of ground vegetation. There is a rest stop somewhere in the forest, helping trainers on their way.
The Diamond River - A fast flowing river that cuts through the two forests, the Diamond River is named so because of the crystals in the lake bed, which cause the water to seem to sparkle. These crystals look very valuable, though the fast running currents many make them hard to reach. The river is about 8 feet deep, and 10 feet wide. Its source is the mysterious lake in the Red Forest, while it empties into the Silver Ocean.
The Red Forest - Quite possibly the most dangerous of all of the areas in Cascadia, the Red Forest was named after the savage conditions it provides. Many ruthless and savage Pokemon live in this dense rainforest, of which many attack without warning. There's no telling what types of Pokemon you may find here. It is said that a small freshwater lake is somewhere in this forest as well.

Glacier Island
Named by the first of the explorers to the island chain, Glacier Island isn't even an island. It is basically a large iceberg sitting in the middle of the sea, which has provided a home to many ice types. Many have attempted to find out why the ice doesn't melt, but each of them has failed in turn. This is just one of the mysteries of this island that go unsolved. Possibly some clues lie in the depths of the iceberg?
Boreal Wastelands - Covering the top of the iceberg, this area is basically a barren wasteland, devoid of life. There is a research base somewhere on the iceberg, but if you are unfortunate enough to get stuck in the middle of a blizzard, you may have to rely on your own abilities to be able to survive it. Ice Pokemon thrive in the conditions.
Icicle Caverns - Dug by scientists and explorers, a large cavern dips deep into the ice chunk branches off into two a bit in. The temperature in here is much colder than the outside, reaching -50 degrees (F). This alone makes it hard for most Pokemon to endure, but the lack of light also makes this a very difficult area to explore, but the benefits are said to be worth it, as adventurers have returned bearing treasures.
Hiel Research Base - As the only permanent settlement on Glacier Island, Hiel Research Base provides a place to resupply for all, if you're fortunate enough to locate it.

Crater Island
Like the other islands of the archipelago, Crater Island is an inactive volcano. After what seems to be an excessively violent eruption, the empty crater filled with water, forming a lake. Many water types of many types live in the fresh water lake, and there are legends that some things lie in the depths of the lake...Possibly underwater caverns?
Iridi Beach - Formed by some strange mineral, Iridi Beach's sand is a very bright, sparkly white. Rather than black, like most volcanic sand, this is more of the sand you might find at a normal beach. A few sunbathing Pokemon who venture from the water may be found here, but mostly, this is just a tourist attraction.
Pearl Lake - Extremely, extremely deep, this freshwater lake holds all kinds of water Pokemon. There's absolutely no telling what you'll find under the calm surface of the water. Legends of deep sea treasure exist, could they be true? One thing is for sure, large colonies of Clamperl make this their home, providing the number one source of pearls in the world.

Ruin Island
One of the more interesting areas of the archipelago, Ruin Island is also the most mysterious. Giant stone statues and buildings, eroded by time, stand in the overgrowing vegetation of the area, providing a home to many Pokemon, especially those who prefer dark, enclosed spaces. Studies done by researches show that this island was once under water, or flooded, or something. At the very least, they have established that it is the oldest of the areas. An eerie feel of foreboding rushes over one the second they set forth on the land, provoking myths and legends...
Elegy Fields - At some point it appears as though humans lived on this island. Here is where they apparently buried their dead - eroded away tombstones are plentiful here. Travelers have sworn to have seen ghosts of the deads' restless spirits haunting the land.
Amor Temple - An abandoned temple near the center of the island, plants have overgrown it and many dark and psychic Pokemon have taken the temple to be their home. Many tricks and turns lie around each corner and stairway, and one mistake could be your last...
Ordial Shrine - Dubbed as so by explorers, the Ordial Shrine is, or was, at least, a stone shrine used by the ancient peoples to honor their gods. The rock is stained red with the blood of those sacrificed for the ancients' rituals.
Oniero Ruins - Another of the strange ruins of the island, the Oniero Ruins are a series of large, white rocks placed in a circle around a black rock in the middle, which is said to have powerful properties if touched. However, as one enters the ring, they find themselves in a dreamlike state, making this a rather interesting part of the island.

Ion Island
Ion Island is made of almost entirely iron ore and magnetic substances that conduct electricity easily. It is said that long ago, a huge battle which pitted two powerful electric Pokemon electrically charged the island, causing most Pokemon that lived here to die. However, electric types thrive here, and recently people have learned how to use the electricity to their own use.
Eletron Plant - A large power plant at the center of the island, large metal rods are drilled into the ground, causing the electricity to flow up into and through large thick wires that go along the bottom of the sea the entire way to Brine Island, and power Salin City. Electric Pokemon hang around here, as well as scientists who will often ask for help in finding something.
Storm Lake - A crescent moon shaped lake that surrounds the north and east sides of the Power Plant, Storm Lake is an electrically charged freshwater lake. Only a few Pokemon live inside the lake, but many electric types come to cool off.
Thunder Fields - Across the south section of the island, large fields are constantly rained down upon by large thunderstorms. The majority of the Pokemon in this island hang around here, but take caution if you decide to journey here.

Venom Island
Quite possibly the least attractive area of the entire island chain if you don't have a specific purpose, Venom Island is the epitome of all things putrid. The ground itself is saturated with poisonous substances. Also, all of the garbage from Salin City is transported here, but it is hardly noticed, as the acidic ground eats away at anything at a very quick pace. However, that means that not many things can live in this desolate area, with only a dead tree forest, a poisonous swamp, and a large skull tunnel interupting the landscape. The rest of the island is just plain dirt, but a good amount of poison types inhabit the area. The water surrounding the island is so poisonous that Pokemon cannot swim in it-therefore, unless it is a poison type, it cannot Surf to this area.
Skull Tunnel - Taking up small amount of the island, the top of Skull Tunnel is a giant white rock formation, shaped like a skull. However, Pokemon have dug tunnels far underground from the Skull. Poison and ghost Pokemon call this area home, and the tunnels are pitch black, so unless you'd like to wander around aimlessly, bring something with Flash.
Plague Swamp - Taking up a good amount of the island, the Plague Swamp is...a swamp. However, the water is extremely poisonous, making only some Pokemon even able to live here. However, not many even choose to that can, because the entire thing is covered in a thick fog, and most people that venture in don't ever come back out. Pokemon are said to lure travelers into deep areas of the swamp, and they get stuck, before drowning.
Bane Forest - Bane Forest, apparently, used to be a prosperous forest, much like Lily Island's Silver Forest. However, as the poisonous ground was formed, the forest died from the inside out, the trees becoming poisoned, and dying. Some toxins in the poison stopped the trees from decaying, leaving them gray and hard as rock. A few rare Pokemon live in the area, but there is also legend that something valuable is hidden inside one of the trees...

Brine Island
Salin City - The only real city in the entire island chain, Salin City is huge. Taking up the entirety of Brine Island, Salin City has everything-from shopping places, to schools, hospitals, a Pokemon Center, an airport, and a seaport, among other things. There is a small park in the middle, with a fishing pond and a few trees scattered about. Stands line the streets wishing to sell you things, and it'd be pretty hard to not find something to do. But if you would happen to find yourself in such a dilemma, there is a Pokemon Gym in the city which holds eight leaders, one each to symbolize the Cascadian Archipelago. However, only one may be challenged per visit to the gym.
Coral Harbor - Where the city can really attest its roots from, Coral Harbor is a natural formation of coral in a pair of parallel lines perpendicular to the island. These natural boundaries protect the area from most rip currents and the like, allowing for ships to load and unload their goods. Many Pokemon also live along these, creating a popular tourist attraction.

Silver Ocean
And last, but not least, the Silver Ocean. Completely surrounding the entire chain, the ocean is usually very calm. Named so because it is believed that Lugia rests somewhere in the depths, perhaps you may wish to look around at the areas? A large shipwreck lies just off of Ion Island, and that appears to be the most interesting of the areas. Surf is needed to explore above water, Dive is needed below. While these areas below are the most prominent, you're free to just surf along the surface or fish for Pokemon.
The SS Leviathan Shipwreck - A few hundred yards from Ion Island, the mast of the SS Leviathan jets out of the water, the only visible from the surface testament to the shipwreck that happened abour 50 years ago. There are rumors that treasure had been found, but then lost deep in the ship...Could they be true?
Seaweed Fields - Covering most of the ocean floor, seaweed provides a natural hiding place for all sorts of water types. All sorts of Pokemon live here, so whether you're catching or just training, this is a good place to start.
Deprimo Trench - About a mile away from Ruin Island, a very deep trench lays at the bottom of the ocean. The deepest point in the Silver Ocean, Deprimo Trench holds a few sturdy, but strong, Pokemon able to survive the immense water pressure. It's pitch black down here, though.
Auronos Caverns - Deep below the surface of the Silver Ocean, several caves are scattered along the seafloor, each of them leading into a complex series of undersea caves. It is said that the one who can find their way to the so called "Treasure Chamber" will find prizes beyond their imagination, though one would have to get through the perils the caverns hold first...

Now then, pick an area, and let your adventures begin!

On a tropical isle somewhere deep within the curious realm of FB, a black-clad teenager and an overgrown river crab leisurely make their way off the ferry docks, the boy uproariously reciting the cheer of his favourite Football Club, Blackthorn United, as they stroll along. The Indomitable Dragons, as the club is known in the Johto Premier League, have a long and illustrious history that stretches back many generations, and William Hale, the young lad currently clapping and cheering, is one of their biggest fans. He considers himself to be an expert on anything having to do with the Dragons, having followed the club since his youth. The grey canvas messenger bag he carries slung over a shoulder bears an iron-on patch of the team’s crest: a pair of majestic Dragonair on either side of a shield, tails intertwined, their regal-looking heads facing away from each other.

Will’s bedroom back home in Pacifidlog Town is decorated with newspaper clippings and posters of the Dragons’ most talented players, including the midfielder captain Owen Crosby, and Sawyer Keane their goalkeeper with lightning quick reflexes. The team’s easily-recognizable navy and crimson flag hangs from his ceiling, while his most prized possession, a ball autographed by the goal-scoring striker Ian Fitch, sits on a shelf above his Small Desk. Happily lost in thought, the boy suddenly breaks out in the club’s anthem, singing boisterously at the top of his lungs, while the crustacean at his side clacks its pincers in time to the tune.

As if on cue, the Kingler Kéo blows out a stream of tiny aquamarine-tinged Bubbles from its mouth. The two travelers watch as the transparent spheres slowly drift off into the sky before bursting with a barely audible Pop! At the sight of this, they break out into hysterical laughter and happily rush off deeper into the countryside.

Will and Kéo follow the route in silence for quite some time, enjoying the sights and sounds of their scenic surroundings. Jutting rocks, jagging crevasses, and dark sandy beaches dot the harsh and rugged landscape. Will now sports a conical straw hat reminiscent of an upside-down bamboo basket on his head and holds a long bug catcher’s net over one shoulder, while Kéo scuttles along merrily at his side. After a while they arrive at a large area of spewing geysers which Will has learnt is rumoured to be the central hub of the island.

Shielding his grey-green eyes with his free hand, Will scans the craggy landscape before him, hoping he’s in the right place and really hoping that their trip to Aduro Island won’t be in vain. As a sweat trickles down his face, the teenage trainer recalls that the Pokémon he's hunting is known to typically inhabit the harsh terrains which surround active volcanoes. He silently hopes to himself that fate will guide his steps and fortune will be kind to him on his quest. After a few moments, he reaches into his side-strap courier bag and pulls out a sable Version I Pokédex to his aid.

Blip-blip. Bleep-bloop. A faint, cobalt bulb winks on as the boy quickly presses a few buttons and the hand-held data device whistles harmoniously to life.

“Skarmory. The Armour Bird Pokémon,” a nasally robotic voice intones. “After nesting in bramble bushes, the wings of its chicks grow hard from scratches by thorns. Its sturdy wings look heavy, but its bones are hollow and light, allowing it to fly freely in the sky. Despite being clad entirely in iron-hard armour, it flies at speeds over 180 mph. Skarmory’s steel wings become tattered and bashed in from repeated battles. Once a year, the battered wings grow back completely restoring the cutting edges to their pristine state. It is said that people in the past once used the fallen feathers to make swords and knives.”

Will studies the information on the display screen for a few moments before placing the Pokédex back in his bag. After one more quick glance around the place, he turns to Kéo and remarks with a grin, “Well, mate, let’s see if we can find any bramble bushes around here...”

I s'pose I can take ya Hayward. I apologize if I don't meet your expectations ;)

Geyser Park - Please reply in Red

Hayward: You and your Kingler happily walk around the very rough terrain in hopes to find a bramble bush. However the heat from the steam around you does make the search a bit unbearable. Still the thought of finding Skarmory does motivate you, perhaps even excite you. Keo helps you the best way he can with locating these bushes, but your search appears to be all in vain as you find no bramble bushes in your immediate surroundings. Just as you are about to head to another area to search, you hear a faint "Urrr" nearby. The exact source is hard to pinpoint, but Keo starts to hobble around the area once again.

He climbs over to a nearby crag using his large claw to hold on while he shimmies upward to get a bit of a better view, much like you'd expect from a Mankey, not a Kingler, but that did not seem to stop him at all. Soon his eyes widen as he jumps down from his slightly elevated area. Keo signals you to follow by moving his claw and heading toward the opposite direction from you. You soon see what he was so excited about, there seems to be a young Teddiursa crying on the rocky floor. There appears to be no one or nothing else in the vicinity however.

What will you do?

No apology necessary, Cyber...I'm loving it already! Thanks again!

It's another fine day in Aduro Island's Geyser Park, and the young trainer known as Will Hale is enthusiastically continuing on his quest to track down the armoured avian known as Skarmory, while his Kingler Kéo scuttles along happily at his side. Will dreams of one day adding the steel condor to his team, and for that very reason has made the long trek to Cascadia's volcanic isle, the only place in the entire realm of FB that he knows of with an active volcano and the harsh terrain the Skarmory specie typically favors for its nesting grounds.

Whistling a merry tune, Will wanders around the rocky place on the lookout for some bramble bushes in which a Skarmory might possibly have made its home. He recalls that the metal birds often build their nests in thorny shrubbery because the prickles protect their offspring from would-be predators until the young chicks' skin can sufficiently harden. However, despite Kéo's eager help, Will is unable to find a single bramble bush and is just about to suggest they move on and continue their search in another area, when all of a sudden he hears a low growl coming from somewhere close by.

Will narrows his grey-green eyes into slits and quickly scans their surroundings, wary of potential danger. However, he isn't able to immediately pinpoint the sound's origin and turns to Kéo, shrugging apologetically. Undeterred, Kéo grins brightly back at its trainer and quickly scrambles off in the direction of a jutting crag he has spotted nearby. Clamping firmly onto the rocky outcropping with his massive pincer, the overgrown river crab swings himself up to the top of the small cliff with alarming dexterity. From his jagged perch, Kéo has an unobstructed view of the rugged terrain; shielding his eyes with a claw, he wastes no time in scanning the area for the source of the sound. Suddenly, his beady little eyes quadruple in size as he spies something moving about in the near distance. With a nimbleness uncommon amongst his specie, he hops lightly to the ground and quickly scuttles off in its direction, beckoning for Will to follow with a wave of his colossal claw. Curious, the lad trots after him.

"What is it, mate?" Will asks his partner as he jogs up a moment later. In reply, Kéo points a pincer at a small golden-brown creature that resembles a child's-plushie-come-to-life crouching close to the ground a few metres off. As the creature rises on stubby legs, it turns to Will and timidly coos its specie's name, and Will bolts with astonishment at discovering that the thing Keo spied is no other than the Little Bear Pokémon, Teddiursa.

Covered in short, chestnut coloured fur from head to toe, except for a light tan patch reminiscent of a crescent moon in the center of its forehead, Teddiursa sucks on a clawed paw, and stares sadly up at Will through big blue eyes. Seeing the tiny bear cub's forlorn expression, Will can't help but feel sorry for it and wonders what it could be doing out here all alone. At the same time though, he realizes he needs to be cautious, as Teddiursa are known to be experts at using their adorable looks to charm unsuspecting travelers, steal their food supplies, and often rely on their aggressive evolution, Ursaring, for protection.

With these thoughts in mind, Will takes a step toward Teddiursa and remarks, "Hello there..."

Missingno. Master stepped off the ferry via the gangplank and breathed in deeply. The air of Venom Island was indeed putrid, but M.M had smelled much worse in his life, as among his lineup of Poison-types was a Weezing and a Skuntank.

"Isn't it a beautiful day?" Missingno. Master asked the Weezing that floated next to him. Weezing didn't answer; he was too busy deeply inhaling the horrific stench as if it were the most heavenly scent to ever grace one's nostrils.

"Heh," chuckled M.M, watching Weezing breathe in the stink. "Good point, Weezing. That was a long ferry ride, wasn't it? I should've known you'd be hungry. This island smells horrible, it must be like a feast for you.

"Weeeez," sighed Weezing in response, obviously in a state of deep content.

"And if what I hear about Venom Island is true," M.M continued, "There's bound to be tons of Poison-types here for me to catch! Weezing, what say we head on out to the Plague Swamp? It's supposed to be filled with poisonous water and coated in a thick fog. The whole thing probably stinks to high hell. So it's bound to attract the best of the best of the Poison-types, am I right?"

As if to prove his point, Weezing had been salivating from both mouths the entire time his trainer had been talking.

"I thought so," smiled Missingno. Master. "Let's get moving, Weezing."

Welcome MM. Just a quick reminder to post in

Geyser Park - please reply in red

Hayward: The Teddiursa looks at you, suckling on its paw. Though you can also see there's a lot of water in its eyes. It looks over beside of you to see Keo. It then jumps up in shock, turns away from you, and tries to run off. But a small hole, caused the tiny bear to trip onto the ground, belly first. The creature does not look seriously injured. Both you and Keo seem to be a bit confused by the Teddiursa's actions. The Teddiursa gets up to try and escape again, but you could tell that it twisted its ankle too much and the young Normal-typed Pokemon falls back over in pain grasping at its leg. However from what you can tell, no other Teddiursa or Ursaring appear to be rushing in to protect it at all. Keo approaches the Teddiursa, the young creature looks like it's at the brink of tears.

"Koo kee koo kee?" Keo askes the Teddiursa.

The Teddiursa looks a bit confused and appears to be asking something in response. "Ursa?"

Your Kingler appears to be even more confused. "Koo?"

The Teddiursa then hobbles back onto its feet and talks a lot to your Kingler. Even though it is in pain, it starts to prance around as though it were happy. Then, its ears perk up as though he hears something. The creature then falls onto the ground covering its head with its paws and points toward an open part of the craggy terrain, and then it gets up and looks at Keo. The Water-typed pokemon nodded at the Teddiursa then looks around himself. He approaches a spot with some soft dirt and draws two figures with its claw. You make this out to be a large bear and a small bear holding hands. The Teddiursa cutely adds a heart above the two. Keo points at the smaller of the two then points in response at the Teddiursa. The larger bear gets circled and Keo leads you down toward the open area of the terrain. The Kingler quickly scans the area until he finds something of interest. The Kingler leads you to a pretty large hole in the ground, large enough to fit even Keo. Inside the hole you notice a cave floor, but no apparent way to climb back up. Another thing is that the smell of sulfuric acid reeks from this hole, making it apparent that it may be linked to one of the geysers nearby.

The Kingler points at where the drawing was, then again at this hole. The Teddiursa then looks at you with its sad eyes and appears to beg you for some sort of help. You can only deduce that the Teddiursa is wanting its friend, the larger bear, but you are not sure.

What'll you do with this information?

Plague Swamp - Please reply in Dark Orchid

Missingno. Master: Your absolute love for poison typed pokemon easily led you to Venom Island without a second thought. You and your Weezing decided to travel to the murky depths of the Plague Swamp and you hope to find some powerful Poison typed Pokemon here. The fog is very thick around you however, and you don't see anything of interest. An occasional rustle in the bushes do make you weary as you look around, but as you look in the direction, you see nothing at all, not even the bush. As you look for a dryish path to walk through, you feel something brush up against your leg. In response you look around to find nothing around at all. Despite this, you keep a brave face. As you travel deeper into the swamp you notice something a bit eerie. A yellow light in the fog, you look to see if you can get a clearer view, but you just cannot seem to focus enough to tell what it is. That is until you hear a "Hello there." The light becomes increasingly clearer and then you see a young man wearing a bright orange shirt in this area. He is carrying what appears to be an oil lantern.

"I wouldn't head in right now if I were you," he states. "Recent rainfall up north made the swamp pretty deep right now. It's going to be pretty hard to defend yourself if you get attacked." Despite the bad news, the man keeps a very cheerful demeanor. "Ah, I forgot to introduce myself, my name's Kevin."

Kevin's news is a bit depressing, but you did come all this way, What will you do?

Missingno. Master's heart sank at this news as he exchanged glances with Weezing. Weezing looked disappointed as well- clearly the thought of feasting on the swamp's poisonous gases had made it hungry.

"That's a shame," M.M sighed. "I was hoping to find some good Poison-types. Glad to meet you, though- name's Missingno. Master, and this is my best friend, Weezing. I really love Poison-type Pokémon, you see, and I was hoping to find some good ones to catch in the swamp. Since that's no longer an option, I don't suppose you know anywhere I could go to catch some good Poison Pokémon?"

Missingno. Master: The man looks at you for a little while, appearing to be thinking deeply about something, most likely about your answer. You do hear another rustle of the bushes, but as per usual you can't see it. The man finished recollecting his thoughts and states, "Well, I can't think of- Oh wait that's right, I heard that the other side of the swamp is okay, but that would mean that you would almost have to walk around the island." There was a pause of silence before he continued his talk, "My house isn't too far from here, if you-"

Before he could finish, you hear a loud Splashing sound and the water at your feet starts to ripple. As you turn around to the origin of the noise, you see nothing. In fact, Weezing was supposed to be behind you and he had completely vanished. Then you notice a non-humanoid shadowy figure retreat into the swamp. Unfortunately that's all you can see, other than one last detail, the shadow had some form of wing, which may suggest a Pokemon, but you're not sure.

The man grabs you on the shoulder and states, "Don't even think about going into the swamp, it's suicide."

You find the man's words are sincere, but then again your best friend is missing and the only place you can think of that he could be is in the swamp...what'll you do?

In Aduro Island's Geyser Park, Will furrows his brow in concentration as he drags a hand through his short brown hair and thinks hard to come up with a plan. Thanks to his Kingler Kéo's interpretative skills, Will has come to realize that Teddiursa was recently separated from its companion, presumably an Ursaring judging from the size of the bear in Teddiursa's sketch. As Will understands it, the great grizzly has apparently fallen into one of the currently inactive geyser openings nearby. Seeing Teddiursa's distraught expression, Will speaks kindly to the little bear cub, reassuring it that he and his teammates will do their best to reunite it with its missing comrade in no time, even bragging that during his time in FB he has grown to be an expert at such tasks, a remark which causes Kéo to sweatdrop. To further ease Teddiursa's fear, Kéo gently picks up the little bear cub with its massive pincer in a manner reminiscent of an electronic, skill-crane plushie-grabbing arcade-machine, and places it on his crowned head so it can catch a fee ride and not have to walk along on its injured ankle.

Nodding at Kéo, Will remarks, "Right then, let's get to work, mate." Kéo clacks his pincers noisily in agreement, and the young lad and the overgrown river crab set off in the direction of the nearby geyser opening...

Cele walked off the boat, reaching the docks. He took a deep breath, coughing slightly as some sand entered his throat. He looked around, seeing nothing but ruins from left to right as far as he could see. He began to wonder why he even chose to get off the boat here. Grabbing two PokeBalls fom his belt, he released two Pokemon, a blue turtle and a gray swine-like Pokemon emerging from the flash of white light. They were Neptune the Squirtle and Boing the Spoink, respectively.

Boing immediately felt at home in this environment, while Neptune noticed a slight look of terror on Cele's face. Laughing at him, the trio heard a moaning noise in the distance, followed by a small tremor. Curious, Cele headed off in that direction, Neptune and Boing right behind him.

"WEEZING!" exclaimed Missingno. Master in horror. Kevin grabbed him by the shoulder, but M.M threw his hand right off, and spoke over him.

"The only thing committing suicide around here is whatever stole Weezing," M.M. assured him. "The way I'm feeling right now, nobody would dare mess with me and live to tell the tale!" M.M then took a Poké Ball off his belt and enlarged it. "This," he explained, "is one of my strongest Pokémon. He's level 100 and knows more moves than I can care to count. And, as a Water/Poison-type, he'll be right at home in the swamp!" He then tossed the Poké Ball into the air. "Qwilfish, let's move!" he yelled.

In a flash of light, Missingno. Master's Qwilfish materialized. It landed in the smelly swamp water and faced Missingno. Master, waiting for orders.

"Qwilfish, someone or something has stolen Weezing!" M.M declared. "They went in that direction," he added, pointing in the direction in which he saw the shadow disappear. "You'll come with us, Qwilfish, and help us look for whoever or whatever took him. And if we're attacked, you fight back immediately. Go with Dark Void first, but if that doesn't work, then use Aqua Tail and follow up with Tri Attack. And whatever took Weezing seems to have wings of some sort, so it might be a Flying-type. So have your Frost Breath attack at the ready just in case"

Qwilfish puffed itself up slightly at this, pleased at the thought of an opportunity to battle. Missingno. Master smiled at this reaction. He knew his Qwilfish well, and the Water/Poison-type was simply too stubborn to lose. Qwilfish began to swim off in the direction in which his trainer had pointed, with said trainer following close behind. He then turned his head to face Kevin. "You coming?" he asked.

Geyser Park - please reply in red
Hayward: You find that the cave flooring itself is not a far jump downward, Keo jumps downward and signals you to jump. The Teddiursa seems to be enjoying its spot riding on your crab. Teddiursa points down one of the two ways the cave seems to stretch. The direction Teddiursa is pointing toward leads toward the outermost part of Geyser Park instead of the innermost layer. Perhaps the Ursaring did not want to change going toward the more dangerous geysers or something else. You and Keo travel inward toward the cave where you find yourself in a crossroads. There are two directions, one to the left and one to the right.

Keo and Teddiursa look around for clues, but nothing seems to pop out. You do not notice anything that would help lead you to the Ursaring either. Before you can even think about which way to go, the cave on the right starts glowing a bright orange. Teddiursa jumps off of Keo and tackles you out of the way of a roaring Flamethrower. Two figures step outside of the cavern, a Magmar and what appears to be a cloaked individual.

"I know why you're down here. I won't let you continue your evil ways anymore." You can tell that the person is obviously a man, but his facial features are hidden. Any questions that you may have are completely ignored as he just states, "Leave now, or pay the price." The Magmar appears to be ready for battle too.

This man seems intent on fighting you or chasing you off. What will you do?

Oniero Ruins - Please reply in Dark Orange.
Celebii151: You head toward Oniero Ruins for reasons unknown even to you. Perhaps it was because you were feeling a bit seasick and needed to go away from the boat, or something else entirely. Whatever the reason, you're here now. You find yourself with ruins as far as the eye can see, but before you even start exploring these ruins, a mysterious groaning seems to call out to you. Not knowing what even to do, you follow this voice. As you wander around, locating the source, you note that there does not appear to be any signs of life nearby. The groaning becomes closer to a plea as you approach closer and closer to where the originator may be. You start to hear it clearer, "H....e....l....p....m....e...." A feminine voice comes from inside the temple itself. Before you can react, Neptune starts running into the ruins, seemingly in a trance. However, Boing appears to stay with you, a bit more terrified.

The temple in of itself seems to be ancient as you can tell, but what's the strangest thing about it is that its much closer to a bright orange than the dusty brown you're used to seeing. And Neptune does not seem to listen to you right now, only concentrating on following the voice.

What will you do?

Plague Swamp - Please reply in Dark Orchid

Missingno. Master:
Kevin answers your question, "No way, that place is way too dangerous." He jets off in the opposite direction of the swamp. Still you are determined on getting back Weezing, nothing will stand in your way. You enter into the swamp to find that Kevin's story does indeed hold up, the swamp's water levels are very high indeed. You do find a pathway, not completely submerged in the toxic waters just large enough for you to walk on, but you note that it's very slippery, so you need to take caution. As you walk as fast as you can while keeping your balance, your Qwilfish stands ready to fight whatever is in the swamp. You suddenly slip on some pile of dark purple slime that at first blended in with the waters. However, as you pick yourself up, you find that the slime is starting to move on its own.

"GRIMER!" The slime starts yelling angrily. It seems to grow two eyes on its blob-like form. It angrily approaches you, and tries to throw some Slime at you for stepping on it. Luckily though, Qwilfish shot a Void of Dark energy at the Grimer causing it to lazily go back to sleep. It seems to melt into the water below, that is until two more Grimers show up, all seemingly angry at you.

Qwilfish tries using its Aqua Tail on one of them, but it just dissolves into the water with an Acid Armor. The second one throws some Slime at Qwilfish, which hits it, but not much effect happens. Qwilfish follows up with a Tri-Attack on the Grimer, it connects thankfully, but no additional effect seems to pop up. Two Grimers, one of them melted into the water, perhaps ready to strike and the other standing in front of Qwilfish.

What will you do?

Thanks for the updates, CB! Awesome! Oh, and sorry if I was kinda self-updating with the voice.

With Neptune and Boing in tow, Cele decided that now would be a good time to begin his adventure in Cascadia: The Oniero Ruins. Taking his first step inside, ready to start exploring, he is interuptted by a strange noise, which startles Neptune and Boing, Neptune being more startled more than Boing. The noise sounds a bit like moaning and groaning. Cele begins looking around, searching for the source of this phenomenon.

Wandering around the massive temple, Cele seems to get closer to the source, as it gets louder and clearer. Getting even closer, it seems to be a cry for help. "H....e....l....p....m....e...." a voice calls, that of a female. The voice was obviously in distress, but was attracting in a way, as if it wanted you to come towards it. Running over his options, Neptune took action, running towards the voice, in a trance-like state of mind. Boing however, stays next to Cele, a slight look of terror on its face. "Neptune! Neptune, snap out of it!" Cele cries, Neptune not seeming to be listening. Cele notices the temple changing color, becoming bright orange, instead of the usual dusty brown. "What is happening here?" Cele asks to no one in particular. "Neptune, return!" Cele yells, as he grabs Neptune's PokeBall, the red buffer beam sucking Neptune up. "Boing, let's go check out what all this is about. I'll let Neptune out when it's safer." Cele assures Boing as they run off in the direction of the voice.
