Pokemon sprite maker??
I think this is the right place to put this because its about being artistic. I have seen the fake pokemon by yousuf89 on here and they are awsome. I have quite a few design ideas myself and sure I could do them on computer if I had a tool to do it with. Any ideas on what I could use?
Always wondered how yousuf89 did his, cause they are neat.
Thanks in advance

kamen no otoko
Paint. MS Paint.
Or if you have a more advanced program like Photoshop or GIMP (dunno if GIMP can do pixel-by-pixel drawing though), use that instead.
(Sprites being artistic..? .__. They don't take much effort to make compared to actual drawings, but >_>;)

Why would it not? I have done it many a time. (GIMP also happens to be completely free, which is good.)

Very good. You can download it, just search: ''GIMP'' and you will find it.
