Y'know, where on earth do you get the base for the licking avatar animation from?

I've seen edits of those around so often here, and they're just downright adorable. :3

I got it from DeviantArt. It was called something along the lines of "Icon base thing".

EDIT: Made a Rayquaza.

I think it's the way that you leave the outlines mostly black that makes the scratches so original and amazing... The Rayquaza is incredible.

That Rayquaza really is amazing, though.

The only thing I can suggest is that Rayquaza's left arm is a bit weird. I figure that it's hidden behind something, but if that's the case, then it's not the same size as the right arm. I'd suggest making the arm seperately, then bringing the rest of Rayquaza into place on top of it.
