Archaic: Solarsaur is right, it is true that when Nincada evolves, both Ninjask and Shedinja keep all Egg/MT/HM/TM's Nincada already knew, so since you adopted Nincada with those moves, Shedinja already knows them. You can still use your pass however, simply choose another Pokémon, or different moves for Shedinja.
