I'll work with it this time, but in future please try to steer clear of actions like that. Besides, heavy fog = dew = no grass dry enough to ignite...
After taking several bouts of fire damage, Duskull is peeved now and wastes no time in firing off a Night Shade. The black thunderbolt grazes past Joe, shearing a patch of hair from his side, but luckily missing him for the most part before striking the ground several metres behind him. Joe is quick to retaliate by using his Ember attack to ignite a small patch of dried grass, but unfortunately the light shower of flames isn't strong enough to start the kind of fire you're hoping for. Joe is determined though, catching Duskull's gaze with his and Leering the ghost in place above the small patch of flames which soon fizzles out leaving a small smoke trail wafting into the air. The plan seems to have worked in your favour though as Duskull appears to be struggling to remain conscious, its next Night Shade once again barely missing Joe and crashing into the ground at his feet...
