Anyone have an Azurill or Cricketot they don't want? I need one for a shard quest.

I don't have either, but I don't think Azurill is the answer to your riddle. It can't learn Hypnosis, and besides, Azurill is a baby Pokémon and a rare Pokémon. Shard Quest Pokémon are always basic and common.
