love eevee and its evolutions but having all of them with one trainer is silly. Even if Ash has to lose, i would prefer a Tyson like character instead of a guy with eeveelutions.

I would like to see Vaporeon battle though, its one of my favourite pokemon and sadly it hasn't gotten alot of attention in the anime. But yes, Virgil does not seem like a very interesting character to me.

So I heard a rumor going around that Virgil has participated in the other four leagues already before Unova is this true?

If it's true, it wouldn't have to be a retcon. He could have participated in the Sinnoh League while Ash was in Johto, or they just never ran into each other. It's like how Ash never met Paul, who had as much experience as he did.

Maybe I just have an overactive imagination. This kind of speculation is too much fun.

It might sound odd, but I haven't seen the Eevee trainer yet...until today.

He looks adorable and I love the Eeveelutions. I wouldn't mind if he would beat Ash in the league.

The only problem is: he looks kind of like Trip. Maybe brothers?
