Ash is gonna win it this time. Notice that in the previous series, he placed higher every time. If that pattern continues, well, Ash is gonna win. But we'll just have to see, won't we?

Yeah a jump would make up for his performance in Hoenn.

Actually if the pattern continues than he would only reach Top 2 and win in gen 6 region

Considering he only use his Hoenn Pokemon, Hoenn is technically his best performance. In his other leagues, he used his old Pokemon which gave him a boost and while that is something to be encouraged and nothing is wrong with using old Pokemon, seeing that he got 8 th place, the same as Johto and only 1 lower than Sinnoh, Hoenn is not something to make up for.

so i think Ash will face bianca, trip and Cheren or N! I ecxpect the league around BW120, hope they can pull it until than and don't rush through the series!

bianca will be a nice 3on3 battle, where e uses Servine,Palpitoad an Hatoboo against emboar, miccino and mienfoo/miensho!

Trip full battle: Dewott, Pignite, scrafty, hatoboo, levanny,pikachu vs Serperior,frilish(or evo), unifezant, Vanilite or evo, pendra and heatmor. final battle serperior vs pikachu.

I expect more added one shot characters unlike Sinnoh.

Would be epic if we saw EVERY CoTD trainers in the league this time! Like Kenyan! :D

I predict that because Ash will use only his Unova pokemon (plus Pikachu) that he will achieve the level of Top 4 again similar to his experience in the Hoenn league placing the same in the JOhto league.

He won't win; one of the admins of the anime already said he won't ever win a league until the anime comes to a close. And seeing as they make a ridiculous amount of money from it, they won't end it anytime soon.

I'm hoping he meets Bel at the league. Here's hoping she doesn't get treated like Jun and loses horribly like he did. :/ She's got potential. I want to see what her team will be at the end. I predict Satoshi being in the top 4 or so.

He said he wont be a Pokemon Master until the series ends. Nothing was mentioned about the league.

Really? I could have sworn it was the league.... in fact, I'm pretty sure even a few of my friends told me they were speaking about the league... well, if that's the case, then my bad.

I dunno, to me if he did win a league, it'd seem like it would be a stopping point for the anime. q_q

He still needs to get to the Champion League at some point.

They should give him a win in the league and have him do well but eventually lose against someone in the elite 4. I have no idea whether you have to beat them one by one before you can face the next or you can just challenge whatever one you want provided you won the league. I dunno how the anime will treat the elite 4 if Ash ever gets there. I do not think Ash can win the league without the use of his old Pokemon though. Worst case scenario I think he would lose in the finals against a powerful one off character, but hopefully beat a rival or two before he gets there.

I'm guessing Shooty, Bel, and Cheren (if he ever appears) will be Satoshi's top contenders.
