Thread: POKEMON BEST WISHES SEASON 2: Episode N

I hope they turn N into a humorous character, personally.

You know, still have him ultimately be a competent character, but play-up his awkward nature present in the games...talking really fast and using MATHS.

The point is what Ash will do. Collect symbols from the seven sages, even though that never happened in the games?

As for N, he could enter the World Tournament in order to get worldwide recognition. Quite frankly, the game story left something to be desired in that N only seemed to care about changing Unova. Not only that, but the fact that he didn't appear to collect gym badges was a plothole, since in that case he shouldn't have been eligible to enter the league.

Ash would do the same thing as the protagonists in the games; periodically encounter and foil Team Plasma.

It wasn't a plothole. All N cared about was defeating the League so Team Plasma could take over, not becoming a proper Champion. Collecting the badges for that goal would have been a waste of time, and more than likely in his own opinion, pointlessly making Pokemon suffer more in avoidable battles.

*Sigh* Really? This series has just gotten worse and worse for me since the first episode. I can't wait for the next series next Autumn.

There was much opportunity back in the beginning to have N and Plasma, like it the games. Except it never happened and we got TR shoehorned in instead.

They know the series is coming to an end, so they want to give something to the fangirls.

Not really. Each tournament could last three episodes only, and they wouldn't be back-to-back.

You do remember that the the game protagonists were collecting badges during the Team Plasma story, right? You still haven't accounted for what Ash will do outside of the occasional encounter with Team Plasma.

In BW1 at least, there were more encounters with Team Plasma than actual gym battles and in the end they supplanted the League as the final goal. As for what Ash will do outside of the encounters, I've said it many times: filler episodes. The exact same thing he does between gym battles, and the exact same thing he'd do in between tournaments in a PWT arc.

Holy shit, the things that happen in 12 hours. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw this in the BulbaNewsNow section.

I really hope they don't ruin his character, though.

Okay, I'm gonna do some real talk here. I love N, not in just the freaky fangirly way, like he's legitimately a good character with a pretty messed up past. Even though I've been looking forward to his anime arrival, I can't help but wonder if the Anime will tell the whole story.

Like, I don't want him JUST to be Team Plasma's leader...I want his story and character to be fleshed out...and that would take more than an episode.

We'll just see how it goes.

But up until the league, the gym leaders were the only boss challenges aside from the rival battles. The Team Plasma grunts were little more than a nuisance, and N was also made rather easy to defeat (but that changed in the league).

What would he train his Pokémon for? How many times could he battle Team Plasma?

They really wouldn't want to mess him up. They're (obviously) aware of N's popularity throughout the games, and how important he is. He isn't just a villain boss - he's THE villain boss that no one ever was XDD The fangirlism isn't everything to N - it's his story which we all loved about, and his character.

The anime creators won't dare to mess him up XDD
