Pikachu - Will never evolve.
Torterra - Grotle will evolve and there will be a battle between Ash's and Paul's Torterra at the Sinnoh League.
Staraptor - Starly evolved very early, so it's likely for Staravia to evolve again.
Chimchar - Yes, I'm one of the 1% from here who thinks, Chimchar will NOT evolve. It symbolises a Pokémon which can be strong, even if it seems to be weak. And an Infernape wouldn't seem to be weak :D
Buizel - Won't evolve, because all main water Pokémon from Ash didn't evolve either. Also, it's a bit similar to Chimchar, it can be strong, even if it's not evolved.
Gliscor - Done
Dawn:
Piplup - Won't evolve, it's a mascot like Pikachu.
Buneary - Won't evolve, I can't imagine Lopunny being in love with Pikachu :D
Others - Done
Maybe she'll catch a 6th Pokémon.
Brock:
Sudowoodo - Done
Croagunk - Won't evolve, it's also a mascot and Toxicroak would be too "evil".
Happiny - Won't evolve, because the running gag with its strength would be destroyed.
Jessie:
Maybe she'll release Seviper, because it stayed longer in a main character's party than any other Pokémon except Pikachu, Meowth and Wobbuffet. And with Yanmega in her party now, Seviper isn't used much anymore (the same that happened to Cacnea when Carnivine joined James' party).
But I like Seviper and really don't hope she will let it go.

I like the idea of him having a Tangrowth, it would fit to him, although I think, Tangrowth is ugly. :D
Misty:
No one mentioned her, but I can imagine her coming back for a few episodes with her Togetic which she had recaptured. It will then evolve into Togekiss (a Pokémon which we haven't seen in the anime so far).
Happiney might evolve in episode focusing on it then it'll be revealed thst stone it was carrying an oval stone and evolve then a couple episodes later it'll evolve again like Brock's crobat it'll be nice for him to have a powerhouse and it could also be because of a possible gs remake.
I think there are enough "GS remake Pokémon" in the anime. There are Aipom/Ambipom, Gligar/Gliscor, Sudowoodo, Yanma/Yanmega and Swinub/Piloswine/Mamoswine. And all of Paul's Pokémon have a relation with a Johto Pokémon except Torterra.

It would be cool to see Happiny evolve all the way eventually; you'd think with all the Chansey in the show, we'd have had more than one proper Blissey appearence.
Exactly Blissey only had one appearance in the entire series also Brock needs a power house pokemon Ash has many Misty has gaurados May has Blazeken and Venusaur and Dawn has mamoswine witch will have to obey her eventually also I don't get why they decided to let onix evolve until the BF.

Could we be getting evo's with Chimchar and Staravia very soon?
Chimchar is battling another trainer's Glalie in the newest ep in Japan, and there's another Pokeringer ep that Ash is using Staravia in.
Remember what happened the last time Ash used a flying Pokemon in a Pokeringer competition?
I am hoping for a pokeringer evo, but it would be a bit to ''deja vu''.

The Chimchar evo chance look promising trough.
But still, we haven't got any evidence, since it is logical that chimchar is used against ice. It could just be doing it's job as the fire type' and nothing more.
If Chimchar/Staravia really do evolve, the only Poke that didn't evolve this gen at least once is Buizel.
Does Buizel need an evo?
If it does, cool.
But I like buizel's design a bit better, to be honest.
Floatzels design is better than Buizel's, imo. Simply because it can use its floatation device as a defense mechanism, like Crasher Wake's did.
