Well, there went my hope of thinking "Hey, maybe TPCi will stop using puns"
God, the ones for 008 and 9 are awful. Just awful.
Tsutarja with Attract!"
Pretty much the same idea I like the title it works with playing hard to get. Awesome job.
"Saving Darmanitan from the Bell!"-""Darumakka and Hihidaruma! The Secret of the Clock Tower!!" I haven't seen this ep but the title say it's a "Clock Tower" not a "Bell Tower" referencing a old 90's sitcom? But since I havent seen the ep and only a summary They are "Saving Darmanitan from the Bell" from what I read :P
"The Bloom Is on Axew!"-"The Rampaging Pendra! Rescue Kibago!!"
What a absolute horrid title. This show is made for boys 5-17. Do you think a flowery title like that will get them pumped for the ep? I really don't like that title. The JNP title makes it seem like Kibago is in real danger and some crazy pokemon is behind it. All I think is of flowers when I see that shit title. What the fuck does that mean?

What? How does that make sense, that isn't what the episode is about, unless somehow it was Axew's fault that it fell.
I suppose the "bloom" part could refer to it's dream in BW006 and Iris's "goal" for Axew, but I'm not seeing why the pun seems to come from "The blame is on Axew" if it was really the case wouldn't it be "The Bloom is on Iris" since it is her duty to that thing revolving around Axew's dream?
Being non specific in case people come on here not to be spoiled.
Well...even if it is referred to as a bell tower in the episode the title doesn't say that it is from "bell tower" besides there actually is a bell in the tower, regardless if it's used as a clock or not.I haven't seen this ep but the title say it's a "Clock Tower" not a "Bell Tower" referencing a old 90's sitcom? I don't really like the title at all.
BW008 is not pun, it's what happened in the episode. :P

is anyone beside me worried pokemon might be coming to an end of it run on cartoon network cause they seem to burning through the episodes not giving japan a chance to get ahead.
What are they burning through, exactly? Except for the premiere, it's one episode a week generally - with breaks on certain weekends. Japan airs about 48 episodes per year, CN airs about 48 episodes per year.
The Bloom is on Axew?
Is that a pun on something? Some of these titles are weird. These kind of remind me of the Kanto titles.
Look Forward, Team Rocket!
Also I claim Piplup in the Claim a Pokemon thread =)
