Well, it's not like this thread discourages its use, and it does identify how to access certain illegal streams...
But yeah, it does look like you figured out this "entirely legal way of watching the anime directly" wasn't all that legal after all, and quietly removed all instructions on how to do so. Ignorance is an excuse when it's the staff unknowingly breaking anti-piracy rules, I guess.
(yeah, I know, I know. It's still amusing)

Are you sure with this? Because now he has returned all the channels and TV Tokyo. Maybe this law isn't valid for channels on the net?

TVTokyo is back. This happens all the time with that program. Where channels disappear and reappear randomly.

Oh, it's legal. Keyhole is a project of Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs. If it wasn't, this thread would have been locked.
