If we do i will wonder if Pixar or dreamworks bought out Nintendo. Anime with 100% CGI is equivilent to the Edsal. Just NO!!!!
Very few and only a selct few have been able to be good with CGI. Kirby was the first anime ever to use and computer animation. they used it sparringly and it was good. but however i was really mad when i saw a CGI wingull in the trailer for BW2. the CGI attcks were not an imporvemennt though i think more backgrounds will become cgi but as for the entirety, i doubt it because i dont think Anime style can mix too well with a Kung fu panda or a Toy Story grade computer animation and be sucessful in the art department.

To be quite honest, I sure hope not.
I'm all for better animation, but I'm not for weird animation. Seeing Pikachu in 3D is just not what I'm used to.

Most likely not, especially given how cheaply produced the anime is already with 2D animation. The quality of the CGI that has been used in the anime, such as the first BW intro, which looked VERY out of place compared to the rest of the show, it's the kind of CGI that would make a single Playstation 1 cut-scene look like a Pixar film in comparison.
I mean, even some of the early CGI cartoons like Beast Wars and Reboot had better CGI animation than what the Pokemon anime used, and that's saying a lot.
Regardless, the Pokemon anime should stay in 2D, and all 3D should be limited to either special effects or the games alone.

To be honest, I have absolutely no interest in a fully computer-generated pokemon anime, and I don't really understand why anyone would. It's not like computer-generated animation is somehow better than traditional animation, its just different. Besides I think the weird computer generated graphics are what's wrong with the pokemon anime that exists. It's like the producers care about the quality so little they just dump canned-graphics into it, instead of animating it properly. And why the heck did everyone's heads get so big? And why are the kids so damned short? *grumble grumble about everything that's wrong with new anime series.*

I just don't think it works because of how fundamentally "cartoony" Pokemon are supposed to look. Pikachu, the most recognizable creature from the entire franchise has been engrained into people's minds as an iconic, cute yellow mouse that looks a certain way. A "realistic" looking Pikachu like what you see on DA and other Internet sources just don't look right.
Its the same as if the Simpsons or Family Guy were to go to 3D/CGI/live action... doing so would essentially destroy the very essence of what those shows are. So why bother?
