Not sure if this is new, but the episode ends in a non shocking way.
Giovanni's appearance in this is important because we'll actually learn whether the skipped Plasma eps are still in continuity, or if they've been discarded entirely. I wonder if Giovanni will mention anything as to where he seemingly went after the Plasma arc.
If he doesn't mention anything at all and acts like he hasn't been gone, it doesn't bode well for those episodes.

This episode's childish (yet apparently hilarious xD) plot is apparently not substantial enough for a whole episode. I'm guessing that five minutes will be spent with Team Rocket and the rest in the Nursery School.
