Wow, Kotetsu's team is pretty shit. I like how Ash's team has quite a bit of variety in comparison. Though Oshawott might be redundant with Palpitoad. But I guess they wantd to give the little guy a battle.

Swanna, Sanzandora, Daikenki, Natoreii, and Riolu........Kotetsu's missing one unless he has a second Daikenki 0_o So, Daikenki uses its ashigatana as a way of defending against Electric-type moves. Just like with before with Shizui as well as with Mijumaru, so much continuity porn! Loving it! Satoshi uses his brains and knocks out Daikenki with Quick Attack and Swanna comes out next and Pikachu knocks it out with what is I'm guessing a Thunderbolt.

Swanna? I wonder why, kinda calm and lax for someone like Kotetsu but hey, who cares. Can't wait to see it in the anime.

Satoshi is using his brain by using Pikachu up against those two Water-types, further driving home that there's no type bias in BW.

Kotetsu's team is alright, Daikenki, Sanzandora, Natoreii, and (future)Lucario already make it pretty awesome. Swanna still feels kinda weird, wonder what his sixth Pokemon is unless he really does have two Daikenki 0_o

Pikachu KOes Kotetsu's Daikenki using Quick Attack since Electric moves won't work due to Daikenki's deflection tactic and Swanna appears and hit Pikachu hard but Pikachu recovers and finishes it with Thunderbolt.

This is most likely to set up Kotetsu using Sanzandora his "secret weapon" and needless to say I love the close-range battle between Daikenki and Pikachu. I'm already excited since Daikenki VS. Emboar is gonna be some muscle match.

There are a few new scans. Check the last page or the first post of this thread so see them.
Edit: Or just look at Gotpika's post. :P

Gotpika's right - Ash has seven Pokemon. So unless he's cheating and using seven during the match, one of those Pokemon are not in the match. I'm guessing it's the bird, since they got its gender wrong. Or Palpitoad, since Ash is using another Water type.

If 107 has part of the next match Ash V Virgil or someone he could be using the seventh pokemon in the next match or maybe the episode ends with him sending it out.

Okay, what just happened?
1. Pikachu defeats Daikenki#1 (he has 2? Fuck!) with Quick Attack.
2. Pikachu knocks Swanna down with Electro Ball.

Pikachu, both times? I demand an explanation.... Why not Snivy for Daikenki?

I have a feeling that if Kotetsu has 2 samurotts the writers are taking a jab at Ash for not being able to evolve a single freaking oshawott while KOtetsu gets 2 samurotts.

Because it makes sense to use an Electric-type stronger and faster than Tsutarja against a powerhouse like Daikenki, not to mention Pikachu gets special obligations since he's Satoshi's partner.
