For those who want to start writing plots for their stories should take notes about not using a character who gets lost in the middle of a competitive sport unless there is something really important that can effect the league entirely. And yes, I do hope Bianca won't be running around the entire time either.
The writers never cease to surprise me. Let's waste what meager number of episodes allotted to the Unova League story arc, and focus on a pokemon that ALWAYS gets itself into trouble and will probably end up getting saved again without much growth on the pokemon's part.
I am hoping for some Axew development, but I can't expect much from the writers now.
Of course, if Scraggy appears again, I'll be a bit pissed.
when they mention ballon there is only one thing i can hope for in this episode and that's team rocket return
I'm planning to be a writer someday. Pokemon (and some others authors) are telling me a lot about what NOT to do in a book (or, at least, what I don't want to see that much in a piece of work).
Well, let's say axew accidentally meets the new Richie/Harrison/Tyson/Tobias/whatever for this league, so, it won't be a waste at all. I have my doubts about an evolution (for axew or any other pokemon in the main cast). Aaaanyway: really, axew? Your trainer's storyline ended with Drayden, can you be a good toothy thing and stay away from the other's plot?
Pfft, only that time he got caught in Scolipedes's horns... there was the Emolga/Snivy episode where the gang woke up to find Axew was missing, he was kidnapped by that Scrafty and he did run off after Scraggy and Gothita that one time, he also got lost in the Boufolant episode, twice, and he was taken by those Durant, Iris also had to chase after him in the Ferroseed episode... huh.Quote:

I feel like that's not the complete title, it's a bit shorter than usual, plus it's during the league. Surely there must be something league-related going on while Axew gets lost for the 47th goddamn time, or maybe this happens during a break between two battle "tiers" (ie. Top 64/Top 32).
Poor Trip, he gets shooed out of the show after losing the prelim battle and right before a filler episode happens.
Iris should really put Axew on a leash...jeez XD
