Well, Iris never did seem particularly eager to talk about her home, and hasn't even mentioned her family, or her potential lack of one. So it's kinda acceptable.

I can't tell if Shoubu's a boy or a girl, but seeing that this person's name is another term for iris...

I would not be surprised we don't see her family in this series or if she has no fam. Misty never really had parents and as of today Cilan don't have any either and tracey before his into episode is a mystery.

So, we have a main protagonist meeting an old friend huh... O'boy, we've had quite enough of that in DP, and those characters were just awful, so I'm not looking forward to see Shobu...

BUT OMGOMGOMGOMG DRAGONS!! This episode is looking so badass~

I'm so looking forward to see Hydreigon again, and some Dragonite development is never wrong.

What's the point of promoting older pokemon when the entire village of dragons is just filled with unova exclusive dragon types..

Pretty stupid and pointless.
