Workshop Directory Welcome to Bulbagarden’s Workshop Directory! The purpose of this thread is to create a catalogue of fics in the Workshop to allow for easier browsing. The fics will be sorted by genre, and I’ll put the index in the next post. So if you want to read Fantasy fics, for example, just scroll down to that point in the Directory and all the Fantasy stories will be listed alphabetically in that section.
So how does this work? It’s simple. All you need to do is fill out the form below and post it in a reply to this thread. In the same way, if you want to update an existing entry, just fill out the form again with the new information and specify that it’s an update rather than a new entry. When the mods check the thread, they'll take that information and edit it into the Directory. That way, nobody’s fic will be listed if they don’t want it to be.
For completed fics in the Archive, please visit the sister thread here. If you finish a fic and want it moved from this Directory to the Archive one, please post here with the new link once your fic has been moved and specify you’d like it switched.
So, here’s the form you’ll need to fill out:
Author name:
Fic name: (please link)
Summary: (max. 40 words)
Fandom*: (Pokemon/Original/Other)
Genres: (pick up to three)
Canon*: (Game/Anime/Manga/AU/Mixed)
Type*: (One-shot/chapter fic/poetry thread)
Rating: (E/T/M)
(Fields marked with an asterisk are optional, but recommended.)
The resulting Directory entry will look something like this:
Champion Game (T) by Misheard Whisper [Pokemon, Mixed Canon]: Ren is the new Champion of the Hoenn region, yet the position brings with it a power and a responsibility beyond what he ever dreamed. And speaking of dreams . . . [Chapter fic, in progress]

Note: If there’s a genre you think should be included, please mention it and I’ll consider adding it to the list. This is by no means an exhaustive list, because too many genres will cause confusion. I am willing to add a few more if they’re necessary, though.
If it looks like the list hasn’t been updated in a while and there’s a few applications that haven’t been put through yet, it might be worth waiting a couple of days to see if the staff get around to it before posting yours. If there’s too many at once, your entry might be missed by accident. On a similar note, feel free to VM the mods if the Directory goes a week or two without being updated. (I'm clearly not a mod anymore, but I am still able to edit the thread.)
