I'd like to apologize for my lack of activity the past few weeks. Unforunately, due to this, I will not be nominating any stories or characters this time.

But I must say, I feel honored that Stainless Steel has gotten so many nominations again this quarter, despite the months-long hiatus. Thanks, guys.

This may seem like a stupid question but I'm going to ask anyway: can you vote for yourself?
Read my fanfic Tales of the Gym leader's and comment if you like or dislike it thanks

A massive thanks to Kyuujux for the amazing banner

You can't vote for yourself but you can vote in categories that you've been nominated in if you want to.

    And don't worry! It's not a stupid question =P

Great! Voting has started! I'm not surprised my fic hasn't been nominated, seeing as it was last updated 2 months ago, and is only two chapters long so far, but a guy can hope, right? :)

Anyway, I think all the fics that were nominated are definitely worthy of their nominations, and I'm going to find it difficult deciding who to vote for. Good luck everybody!

And I lol'd when I saw that all the nominations for best mod character were from fics by Legacy and Gama.

I think we needto get a two week notice before the nominating begins, so people actually begin to read stories and than they can nominate for a wider variety of stories and than hopefully vote for them as well.

It looks to me like more people participate in the nomination process than the voting, at least so far.

That's a good idea. Think it should be done.

I've put in all the votes I can, but I too have noticed a significant lack in numbers. Is voting somehow more tedious and difficult than nominating? o.o

of course if the votes stay how they are then i win two awards but that's beside the point

All I can do is cross my fingers and knock on wood. ^_^ Don't wanna jinx it. The majority of people so far have voted for me, but who's to say that my supporter base hasn't dried up and LibraSnakes isn't going to make a comeback? XD

Still, best of luck to all those participating. :3

I am still planning to vote and haven't done so yet. I'd imagine there's more people out there who still want to vote.

Apenpaap's got a point. The voting time isn't up yet. Hopefully there will be some more activity. Although I'm with Misheard Whisper, more votes probably wouldn't be good for my own standings :P haha.

Indeed, we're only just halfway through the voting period. Many people may want to save their votes for when they've read a little more or something else.

I'm sure enough people will vote by the 31st.
