The only image I know of her is incredibly blurry and I seriously doubt they made any artwork for her. If they do have any sketches it's probably locked away somewhere, where no fan will ever see it (or maybe just deleted).
It looks like she was wearing pigtails and she doesn't seem to have a hat but I can't really tell what she was wearing.
I've seen fan interpretations. Some say she's wearing a Sailor Fuku but I don't see that.

Also she had to have some early art, of course, given she was drawn in the game.
But trying to make anything out from such tiny and blurry screens is ridiculous. That said, the more I look at her, the more she looks like the final design without a hat and in monochrome (as in, black hair like Gold's etc) anyway.
What Infinity said. I think she probably just looks like the final design, but with shorter hair, no hat and different clothing.
Her appearance does remind me of the scrapped female character from GRBY, but only vaguely.
Wait, there was another attempt to add a playable female trainer, like Blue, but again scrapped until Crystal?
